Frequently asked questions

Is this mouse suitable for left-handed users?

While the BenQ Zowie EC1-C is designed as an asymmetrically shaped right-handed mouse, many left-handed users can adapt to its design. However, it may not provide the same comfort and precision as a dedicated left-handed model.

Can I use this mouse on different operating systems besides Windows?

This mouse is primarily compatible with Windows systems but does not support other operating systems like macOS or Linux directly. For non-Windows users, check if there are third-party drivers available that can make it work.

What kind of gaming scenarios would benefit most from this mouse's DPI settings?

Gamers who require high precision in fast-paced games will find the 4 adjustable DPI levels (400/800/1600/3200) beneficial. The higher DPI settings are ideal for quick movements and aiming, while lower settings can be used for slower, more controlled actions.
