Frequently asked questions

What keyboards is this keycap set compatible with?

This KBDiy Carbon PBT Double Shot Orange Keycap Set is designed for 60 percent Cherry profile mechanical keyboards. It fits 61/64/68/84/87/100/104/108 layouts, so check your keyboard's layout to ensure compatibility. Always verify the specific key positions and spacing on the manufacturer’s listing.

Are these keycaps double shot or single shot?

These keycaps are double shot, meaning the keycap body is made of PBT plastic with a printed layer for the letters, numbers, and symbols. This provides durability and a clear, long-lasting print compared to single-shot keycaps which have the legends printed on top.

What does "60 percent Cherry profile" mean?

A 60 percent Cherry profile keyboard refers to a layout that includes essential keys like Ctrl, Alt, Shift, and Enter but omits less frequently used keys such as Esc and Windows. This design is popular for its compact size while still offering full functionality. The keycap set you're considering fits this specific layout.
