Steam Achievements and Better enemy movement
The achievements I've added are:Kill 5 enemies using the knifeKill 10 enemies using the knifeFinish the game using only the knifeFinish the game without raising your healthFinish the game without taking any damageEach difficulty level will have their own set of these achievements.I've also made it so the enemies move around the levels better. Demo has been updated with Player Upgrades and Difficulty Levels
