Experience high-stakes combat as elite agents in BLACKSUITE, a cinematic action game from ShootOut Studios where you master unique maneuvers and engage in thrilling bullet-time battles.

About this game

BLACKSUITE is a cinematic third-person multiplayer shooter that plays like an epic, non-stop action movie. Stylish stunts, 360° aiming, and raw close-quarters gunfights combine to create the ultimate high-octane firefight.

In BLACKSUITE, style means lethality. The better you master the free-flowing stunt system and 360 degree precision aiming, the more unstoppable you become.

Enter Bullet Time

Every kill charges your Focus-meter, granting you precious seconds of bullet time you can trigger at will. When activated, time slows for everyone nearby—except you. With a slight speed advantage, you can dodge bullets and execute stylish stunts. Focus is a tactical tool that transforms close-quarters shootouts into intense, cinematic firefights.

Style is Power

In BLACKSUITE, Style Level is earned through execution. Take down enemies while diving, sliding, and cartwheeling through combat to build momentum. Higher Style Levels increase your lethality and unlock bullet-time moments. Fight with style — and you control the battlefield.

Advanced Movement System

Dive through windows, slide under gunfire, cartwheel across hallways, or roll into cover — all while firing in any direction with full 360° aiming. Every move has purpose: dodge bullets, break line of sight, or reposition mid-fight without ever losing momentum. Mastering stunts and adapting them to the fight is how you gain the upper hand.

Run the Case - Signature Mode

Run the Case is BLACKSUITE's signature multiplayer signature —a high-stakes, cinematic showdown where two rival corporations battle to snatch a central briefcase and rush it to dynamically changing delivery zones before the enemy does.

The briefcase drops right in the middle of the map. Grab it, hold it, steal it back in a brutal firefight, or hurl it to a teammate mid-dive. You must deliver the briefcase within strict time limit for maximum payoff for your team.

Delivery points shift unpredictably each round, forcing constant adaptation. First team to rack up the most successful deliveries wins the match. Every second counts—move fast and protect carrier.

The match evolves without warning. Mid-match events can shift routes and objectives, demanding fast adaptation and decisive action.

Cinematic Gunfights

BLACKSUITE is built from the ground up to look and feel like an action movie — down to the smallest detail. Bullets leave visible trails, explosions kick up debris, and shell casings spin in the air.

Dynamic camera angles highlight stylish kills and final shots, turning your best plays into cinematic highlights. Every firefight feels like a choreographed scene of chaos and impact.

Instant Cinematic Action

BLACKSUITE gets you into the fight faster than you can chamber-check your Glock. No waiting. No fluff. No cat skins. No massive updates for cosmetics you’ll never use. No 20-minute shader compilations.

Just pure, authentic, stylish action.

    DEVBLOG: Creating Viscerality

Hey everyone!Time for a quick behind-the-scenes update on BLACKSUITE and what we’ve been working on lately.Creating VisceralityOne of our main goals is to make shooting — and getting shot — feel visceral and cinematic, like something straight out of an action movie. Every bullet should hit with weight, every impact should register not just visually but physically. If you take a round to the chest, you should feel that shock through your character in a way that’s exaggerated just enough to capture that cinematic action-movie punch. The trick is feedback. Not too little, not too much — but in BLACKSUITE , the “right” amount is always a little over the top, because that’s how action movies work.Feedback Is KeyEvery player action needs to feel alive. Shoot, and you should see gun parts move and shells eject while hearing them ping off the floor. Get shot, and you should hear a deep, meaty impact, see a sharp puff of blood, and flinch in just the right direction. It’s almost impossible to give too much feedback. The more your senses get layered — sight, sound, motion — the more immersive the firefights become.Where We’re AtRight now, we’re really happy with most of our VFX — the smoke, sparks, and impacts all give the firefights the atmosphere we’ve been chasing. Guns feel powerful, and the environment reacts believably. We’re still fine-tuning the audio layer. We want every metallic click, every casing hit, and every blast of gunpowder to sync perfectly with what you see on screen. There are still a few VFX details we want to implement — things that are missing in most shooter games but, for us, are essential to selling that action-movie authenticity. We’re also researching what would give BLACKSUITE the correct “shot to death” experience — whether that’s a variety of death animations or something more dynamic like active ragdolls. This is exciting stuff to work on, and we’re eager to see where it leads. If you like what you’re seeing and want to help shape the future of BLA...

    DEVBLOG: Be like water

Hey everyone!Time for a quick behind-the-scenes update on BLACKSUITE ."Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” ― Bruce LeeOur GoalAt its core, BLACKSUITE is about cinematic, visceral, stunt-based movement. Every action should feel like a scene out of an action movie—where choosing the right stunt in the right moment is half the battle.Sliding behind cover to reload, diving over a table for that last-second headshot, and chaining rolls to stay alive—movement is the heart of our game, and making it flow just right is our obsession.Internal Beta HighlightsIn our internal beta, the foundation is solid. The dive-to-roll combo already feels incredible, and some of our testers have fallen in love with the high cartwheel stunt (think acrobatic aerials, no hands on the ground).Smoother TransitionsRight now, we’re focused on making transitions between stunts butter-smooth—the kind of seamless flow that lets you stay in the zone without clunky interruptions. We’re fine-tuning how long you can stay in a slide before standing back up, how quickly different stunts can be chained together, and how to strike the balance between cinematic stunting and chaotic parkour.Strategic StuntingWe’re leaning toward a more strategic style of stunt-driven combat rather than bunny-hopping evasiveness. That means you’ll be rewarded for picking the right move at the right moment, not just spamming tricks. It’s still a work in progress, but we’re confident we’ll nail that sweet spot where action feels both stylish and tactical. If you like what you’re seeing and want to help shape the future of BLACKSUITE , don’t forget to wishlist the game! Stay sharp—and stay cinematic.— The BLACKSUITE Team

    DEVBLOG: Guns, Lots of Guns

Hey everyone!Time for a quick behind-the-scenes update on BLACKSUITE and what we’ve been working on lately.Guns, lots of guns.In BLACKSUITE , every gun should feel different when you fire it. Each weapon has its own character: sometimes you’ll want to play it quiet and sneaky, and other times you’ll want to go full-on guns blazing and cause havoc. Our goal is to always give you the right tool for the job.Right now, in our internal beta, players can test 3 pistols, 2 SMGs, and 2 shotguns. We’ve got more weapons planned down the line, but even with this first set, testers are already finding their own special favorites—which is a good sign.Pistols, SMGs & ShotgunsThese weapons shine in close-quarters firefights—the kind of cinematic, high-stakes battles BLACKSUITE is built for. Some come with silencers for stealth and recoil control, while others pack laser sights for pinpoint accuracy. Of course, that laser sight comes at a cost: it’s visible to everyone, making you easier to track down. A few higher-end weapons even feature both a laser sight and a silencer, when you really need that extra control.Shotguns have been especially fun (and challenging) to develop. To nail that action movie power trip, every detail matters—the firing rate, the punchy muzzle flash, the puff of smoke, and the smooth pump between blasts. Get it right, and it feels incredible. We’re getting close to defining the BLACKSUITE way of how shotguns should behave.Firing Rate MattersWe’re experimenting with slightly slower firing rates than most traditional shooters. It gives firefights a weightier, more tactical flow—and it matches the cinematic pacing we’re aiming for. This idea is still in testing, but so far it feels like the right direction.Reload Animation InspirationsIf you’ve been following us, you know we’re obsessed with action movies—old classics and modern blockbusters alike. We like to dissect the best scenes and find ways to bring that same feeling into BLACKSUITE , and reloads are a p...

    DEVBLOG: Performance optimizations

Hey everyone!Time for a quick behind-the-scenes update on BLACKSUITE and what we’ve been working on lately.Performance First, Destruction NextWe’ve always planned to bring destruction to BLACKSUITE – from shattering glass as you dive through windows, to explosive grenade blasts launching props in cinematic slow motion. But before we could go all-in on destruction, we needed to ensure the game runs smooth as butter… even on lower-end PCs.Polycount optimizationsWe did a full optimization pass on our art assets:Reduced polycounts where possible – same visual quality, with higher performance.Rebuilt and verified LODs across the board.Cleaned up legacy assets, replaced inefficient models. This alone gave us a noticeable performance boost, especially in areas which had lot of objects scattered around.Culling experimentsWe kept going and started to implement object culling using pre-made frustum culling tools. We thought this would be fairly straightforward work, but to our surprise, we found that the existing tools didn’t play nice with moving objects and our other code. We replaced the pre-made tools with our own solution, which turned out to be the right decision and is working nicely. Some work still to be doneOur cinematic VFX (muzzle flashes, smoke, etc.) play a huge role in delivering the over-the-top action movie vibe. But we’ve noticed that some effects are still heavier than we’d like, especially when multiple players are going wild with explosions and gunfire.During our next performance optimization pass, we’ll be tackling VFX optimization. Thanks for reading – and stay tuned for more updates. If you like what you’re seeing and want to help shape the future of BLACKSUITE, don’t forget to wishlist the game!— Team BLACKSUITE
