    February 2024 bug fix patch

Hello players, I apologize for the few weeks of radio silence and delays in updates. On release day, there was a surprising interest by the achievement hunting community, and I quickly noticed that some achievements were broken. Some were not obtainable in the way they were intended to, others were flat out broken and unobtainable. I took great care to test and validate the bug fixes to make sure all achievements work as designed now, that being said I am just a single developer and bugs may still occur. I want to thank all players for their continued interest in Tick, Tank, Boom, the amount of positive reviews and players really surprised me and gave me a ton of motivation to keep working on the game. This update contains the following changes: Fix sound volumes varying too much Fix achievements for place requiring team-based game mode Fix game end winner points being incorrect in achivement trigger, breaking the quibble achievement Reduce force team sync interval to 5 seconds in an effort to tackle the stuttering issue Fix controls disabled after spawn bug Fix stuttering bug after returning to lobby Thank you all for playing and for your patience, have a good time! Cheers, Thomas

    Mistakes were made

Dear players, Due to the fact that Steam games need to be approved by the staff some three to five business days before the scheduled release date, unfortunately the release on December 6th wasn't possible. I didn't realize I had to upload the build so many days in advance until it was too late. Even more unfortunately, there is currently a major sale coming up, which can, according to Steam support, "have a big negative impact" on the game's visibility, because of which they strongly advised against a release next week. As such, I will postpone the release for at least two weeks, more likely to early next year or just after the sale has concluded. When a new release date has been decided, it will be announced through the usual channels. Thank you for your understanding and for being patient with me, this is my first time releasing anything this big, so mistakes will be made. Have a good one, Thomas
