Accepted Answer

This fan is compatible with the PS5 console and can help improve cooling performance. Make sure to check the manufacturer's listing for exact placement guidelines specific to your model of PS5.

Question 2

Is it suitable for use with a laptop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this fan is designed to be used with laptops. It provides additional airflow to help keep your laptop cooler during extended gaming sessions or other intensive tasks. Ensure that you place the fan in a way that directs air flow over the heat dissipation areas of your laptop.

Question 3

How many fans are included and what speeds can they adjust to?

Accepted Answer

The product includes 2 USB PC fans with 3 adjustable speed settings each, allowing for fine-tuned control based on your cooling needs. You can choose between low, medium, and high fan speeds depending on the temperature of your device.

Question 4

What types of devices are recommended for this fan?

Accepted Answer

This fan is ideal for use with gaming consoles like PS5, computers such as laptops or desktops, and other electronics that generate heat, including routers and TV boxes. It’s particularly useful in enclosed spaces where airflow can be restricted.

Question 5

Does the fan come with any accessories to help secure it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the fan comes with 8 shock-absorbing feet which help to stabilize the fan and prevent vibrations from affecting your device. These feet also provide a stable base for the fan when placed on surfaces like desks or cabinets.

Question 6

How do I set up this cooling pad?

Accepted Answer

Setting up is straightforward. Connect the USB cable to your computer or power source, place the shock-absorbing feet under the fan, and position it over the heat source of your device. Adjust the fan speed as needed using the controls on the fans.

Question 7

Can I use this fan with multiple devices simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

While you can connect up to two USB ports to power both fans at once, for optimal performance, consider connecting each fan directly to a separate USB port if possible. This ensures that each fan operates at its best capacity without drawing too much power from a single source.

Question 8

How long does the cable of this cooling pad typically extend?

Accepted Answer

The exact length of the cable is not specified in the product description, but it should be sufficient to provide adequate reach for most setups. Check the manufacturer’s listing or retailer details for more precise information on cable length.

Question 9

Accepted Answer

The ELUTENG fan typically comes with a 12-month limited warranty. For specific terms and conditions, please refer to the retailer's website where you purchase the product from Amazon or another affiliate link provider.

Question 10

How should I clean and maintain this cooling pad?

Accepted Answer

To keep your cooling pad in good condition, it’s recommended to clean the fans regularly using a soft brush or compressed air. Avoid submerging the fan in water or using harsh chemicals that could damage the electronic components.
