Question 2

What size of monitors can I use with this mount?

Accepted Answer

The mount is designed for up to 32-inch monitors, but the exact VESA compatibility (100x100) should be checked against your monitor's specifications to ensure a secure fit.

Question 3

How much weight can each screen handle on this mount?

Accepted Answer

Each screen supported by this mount has a maximum weight capacity of 17.6 lbs, which is suitable for most standard monitors but check the manufacturer’s listing if you plan to use heavier displays.

Question 4

Are there any compatibility issues I should be aware of?

While the VESA 100x100 compatibility ensures it will fit a wide range of monitors, always verify your specific monitor's dimensions and weight before purchasing. You can check the manufacturer’s listing for exact compatibility details.

Question 5

How does this mount compare to other height-adjustable mounts?

Accepted Answer

This VIVO mount offers pneumatic arms which provide smooth and stable adjustments, making it a good choice if you need precise control over your monitor heights. It also supports counterbalance, ensuring monitors stay in place without additional clamps.

Question 6

What comes included with the mount?

Accepted Answer

The package includes the main stand, two pneumatic arms, one fixed arm, all necessary mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Ensure to check the retailer’s listing for a complete breakdown of what is included.

Accepted Answer

No, you will need to adjust each monitor individually as this mount allows for independent movement of each arm. This feature is ideal if you want different screens at slightly varying heights based on your specific needs.

Question 9

How do I maintain and clean this mount?

Accepted Answer

Regularly check the arms and stand for any wear or damage, especially around moving parts like the pneumatic mechanism. Clean it with a soft cloth to avoid scratches, but avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.

Question 10

What is the maximum height adjustment range on this mount?

Accepted Answer

The exact maximum height adjustment range isn't specified in the product description, so you should check the manufacturer’s listing for precise details. This will help ensure it meets your workspace requirements for monitor placement.
