Question 1

Are these mats suitable for office hallways?

Accepted Answer

These GULLAMBO mats are designed specifically for use in office hallways. They provide excellent slip resistance and absorb dirt, making them ideal for high-traffic areas where you need to keep floors clean and safe.

Question 2

Can I use this mat with my office chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these mats can be used under office chairs to protect both the chair legs and the floor from wear. They are non-slip rubber backed, ensuring stability and preventing damage to your flooring over time.

Question 3

What is included in the box when I order one of these mats?

Accepted Answer

The mat you receive will come with a single 140cm x 80cm extra large door mat. It includes everything needed for installation without requiring additional purchases or tools.

Question 4

How do I care for and maintain this mat?

Accepted Answer

Regular cleaning is recommended to keep the mat in good condition. You can vacuum it, sweep it with a broom, or use a damp cloth to remove dirt and stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the rubber backing.

Question 5

What kind of floor surfaces are these mats suitable for?

Accepted Answer

These mats are designed for indoor use on various hard surface floors such as tile, linoleum, and hardwood. They provide excellent protection against scratches and wear from frequent foot traffic in commercial settings.

Question 6

Are there any specific dimensions I should be aware of?

Accepted Answer

The mat measures 140cm x 80cm (approximately 55 inches by 31 inches), which is quite large, making it suitable for entranceways or hallways where you need extra coverage. Check the space before purchasing to ensure it fits your needs.

Question 7

How do these mats compare to other floor protectors in terms of size?

Accepted Answer

These are considered extra large door mats and offer more surface area compared to standard mat sizes, providing better protection over a larger area. This makes them ideal for areas where you need to trap dirt from multiple entries or exits.

Question 8

Are there any compatibility issues I should be aware of with these mats?

Accepted Answer

For best results, check the manufacturer’s listing for exact dimensions and ensure that your floor type (e.g., tile, hardwood) is compatible. These mats are designed for general commercial use but always verify specific requirements to avoid any potential issues.

Question 9

How long do these mats typically last?

Accepted Answer

With proper care, GULLAMBO mats can last several years in high-traffic areas. The non-slip rubber backing helps them maintain their effectiveness over time, but regular cleaning is essential for longevity.

Question 10

Can I use this mat on carpeted floors?

Accepted Answer

These mats are not intended for use on carpeted surfaces as the rubber backing may damage the carpet fibers or cause unevenness. They are designed specifically for hard flooring to provide protection and enhance aesthetics in commercial environments.
