Question 2

Can I use this headset for voice chats?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, the HS-720 V2 is equipped with a noise-cancelling condenser boom mic that provides clear and crisp audio. This makes it ideal for voice chats in games or during video calls, ensuring your teammates can hear you clearly without any background noise.

Question 3

How does this headset compare to other USB headsets?

Accepted Answer

The HS-720 V2 stands out with its noise-cancelling capabilities and the inline mute/calls/volume control feature. While many USB headsets offer good quality, the mic monitoring feature can be particularly useful for adjusting your voice levels in real-time without pausing gameplay.

Question 4

What comes in the box?

Accepted Answer

The HS-720 V2 package includes one headset with a boom microphone, a 3.5mm audio cable (for connecting to devices without USB ports), and a user manual. It's designed for plug-and-play convenience, making setup quick and easy.

Question 5

How does the noise-cancelling feature work?

Accepted Answer

The noise-cancelling technology in the HS-720 V2 works by actively reducing ambient sounds, allowing you to focus on your game or conversation more effectively. This is particularly useful in noisy environments like cafes or homes with lots of background noise.

Question 6

Will this headset fit my ears comfortably?

Accepted Answer

The on-ear design of the HS-720 V2 ensures a snug and comfortable fit for most users. However, if you have very large or small ear sizes, you might want to check reviews to see how other users with similar ear shapes found them.

Question 7

Can I use this headset with my PC?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the HS-720 V2 is compatible with PCs and is designed for easy plug-and-play functionality. It uses a standard USB connection, so you can connect it directly to your computer without needing any additional drivers or setup.

Question 8

Is this headset good for watching movies or listening to music?

Accepted Answer

While the HS-720 V2 is primarily designed for gaming and voice communication, it does offer decent audio quality that should be suitable for casual movie watching or music listening. However, if you're looking for premium sound quality, you might want to consider a dedicated audio headset.

Question 9

How long is the cable?

Accepted Answer

The exact length of the 3.5mm audio cable included with the HS-720 V2 isn't specified in the provided details, but it should be sufficient for most desktop setups without requiring an extension cord. If you need a longer cable or specific lengths, check the manufacturer's listing.

Question 10

How do I clean and maintain this headset?

Accepted Answer

To keep your HS-720 V2 in good condition, gently wipe down the ear cups and microphone with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals as they can damage the electronics. Regular cleaning will help maintain clear audio quality and ensure the headset lasts longer.
