Question 2

Can I use this with other devices besides gaming equipment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, the 6 socket extension lead can be used for a variety of devices such as computers, monitors, routers, and other peripherals. It’s versatile enough to fit into most home or office setups beyond just gaming needs.

Question 3

How many devices can I plug into this surge protector at once?

Accepted Answer

You can connect up to six devices simultaneously, making it ideal for small offices or gaming stations where you might need multiple power outlets close by. However, ensure that the total wattage of your connected devices does not exceed the 3120W rating.

Question 4

What kind of surge protection is provided?

Accepted Answer

This surge protector offers comprehensive protection against voltage spikes and surges, which can occur during lightning storms or electrical outages. The neon power indicator helps you quickly identify when the surge protection is active and functioning properly.

Question 5

Is this extension lead compatible with all types of devices?

Accepted Answer

While it’s designed to be versatile, always check the manufacturer's listing for specific compatibility details. Generally, it should work well with most standard household appliances and electronics. For specialized equipment or high-end gaming rigs, double-check the power requirements before connecting.

Question 6

How do I set up this surge protector?

Simply plug in your devices into the six sockets provided by the multi-plug strip. The neon indicator will light up when you connect a device to show that it is receiving protected power. Ensure all connections are secure and avoid overloading the extension lead.

Question 7

How long does the cable of this surge protector extend?

Regularly check the neon power indicator to ensure it’s functioning correctly. Keep the extension lead away from water sources and avoid bending the cable sharply to prevent damage. Store in a dry place when not in use, and replace if you notice any signs of wear or damage.

Question 10

Can I use this surge protector with wireless devices?

Accepted Answer

The surge protector itself does not support wireless functionality; it is designed for plugging in wired devices only. However, the power it provides will work effectively for powering your wireless devices through a compatible adapter or hub.
