Question 1

Is this screen protector compatible with the Nintendo Switch?

Accepted Answer

This AOKUMA Tempered Glass Screen Protector is designed specifically for the Nintendo Switch. It's important to ensure compatibility before purchasing any accessory, especially one that covers your device’s display. Check the manufacturer’s listing or consult their website for exact model compatibility if you have a specific version of the Nintendo Switch.

Question 2

Can I use this with my case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this screen protector is designed to be compatible with most cases. It's important to ensure that your case can still fit over the screen protector without any issues. Some users might find it easier to apply the screen protector first and then install their case, while others prefer to do it in reverse order.

Question 3

How does this compare to other screen protectors on the market?

Accepted Answer

This AOKUMA Tempered Glass Screen Protector stands out with its shatterproof, shockproof, scratchproof, and oilproof properties. While there are many options available, this product is known for providing excellent protection against drops, scratches, and oils from your fingers or hands. However, the best choice depends on your specific needs and preferences.

Question 4

What comes in the box with a 2-pack?

Accepted Answer

Each pack of two screen protectors includes two individual tempered glass screen protectors. The packaging typically contains the screen protectors themselves, along with any necessary application tools or cleaning cloths that might be included to help you apply them smoothly and effectively.

Question 5

How do I clean my screen before applying this protector?

Accepted Answer

Before applying your screen protector, it's crucial to clean your Nintendo Switch’s screen thoroughly. Use a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol (70%) or a recommended cleaning solution. Avoid using water directly on the screen and ensure that the surface is completely dry before proceeding with application.

Question 6

How do I apply this screen protector?

Accepted Answer

Applying a tempered glass screen protector requires precision to avoid air bubbles. Start by cleaning your Nintendo Switch’s screen as described, then carefully peel back one side of the protective liner from the screen protector and align it on the screen. Slowly release the liner while pressing down firmly but evenly to remove any air bubbles.

Question 7

How long does it take for this screen protector to dry?

Accepted Answer

Once you have applied the screen protector, it should be allowed to settle for a few minutes before using your Nintendo Switch. This allows the adhesive to set and ensures that there are no visible air bubbles or wrinkles. Avoid touching the screen immediately after application until it has fully adhered.

Question 8

Can I remove this screen protector if needed?

Accepted Answer

While removing a tempered glass screen protector can be challenging due to its strong adhesive, it is possible with care. If you need to replace your screen protector, gently peel it off from one corner and work it away slowly. Be prepared for some residue or damage to the screen if removal is necessary.

Question 9

How does this affect my Nintendo Switch’s touch sensitivity?

Accepted Answer

Tempered glass screen protectors generally do not significantly impact the touch sensitivity of your Nintendo Switch. However, the exact effect can vary based on how well the protector was applied and any air bubbles that might be present. Regular cleaning and proper application techniques will help maintain optimal touch functionality.

Question 10

Is this product suitable for daily use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, this AOKUMA Tempered Glass Screen Protector is designed to withstand everyday wear and tear. It offers robust protection against drops, scratches, and oils, making it ideal for regular use in your gaming sessions or casual play.
