About the Game

Perseverance: Part 1 is the first installment of a horror & drama story revolving around two different characters whose paths will cross in the middle of horrific events.



In Part 1 you play as Jack Cutter, a father who is struggling to keep his family together. He’s a ‘go-to’ guy in his hometown of Grey Ville. Research conducted in the nearby military base gives the town a mysterious aura. Residents prefer to stay away from it. Things take an unexpected turn when one of the experiments goes horribly wrong and the area is quarantined.

Meanwhile, a mysterious woman chases a fugitive. Her superiors expect her to fulfill her orders as usual... but they aren't telling her everything. The person she’s after is more than what she appears to be.

Soon both Jack and the mysterious agent will find themselves in the middle of a crisis that will change them forever.

We had just released Part 2 of Perseverance last month and made Part 1 free to play, and we’re already back with more because we just couldn’t wait to share it with you! As you may already know if you’ve watched Feardemic’s Fear Fest, we’ve been working on Perseverance: Part 3, and we’re finally ready to spill more tea about what’s next for Jack and Karen. As you may have gathered, in this one both of the main characters from the previous entries make a comeback, but, here’s the twist, for the first time, you get to choose which one of them you'd like to experience the story as. It’s also a culmination of a lot of work on this and previous games, so we’re really proud of what we’ve accomplished. Watch the stream on Thursday 24.02.2022, at 6 PM CET / 9 AM PDT, and play along or sit back and enjoy the show! It’s Steam Next Fest o’clock and we’re happy to announce that Perseverance has in fact persevered and we have a demo for Part 2 of our thrilling visual novel, locked, loaded, and ready for you to play it. Simply press on the ‘play demo’ button and you’ll be able to download the game and take our creepy, blood-soaked baby for a spin. That came out wrong… Bottom line: the demo is here and we really hope you like it because we’ve worked very hard on it and can’t wait to hear your opinions and feedback.   New character and UI design

We have introduced a huge update to our game, which includes: - new character design: Jack, Natalie, and Hope, who will also appear in parts two and three! (more on that later), - A new menu and UI which introduces several new features to the game, - All language improvements in English and French. We moved the entire game from the Fungus tool to Naninovel. This allowed us to add many new functions to the game. However, there was one issue we wanted to inform you about. All your current game saves will be deleted. We are very sorry for that. It is, in other words, the history of the textual content (as seen below). Other useful features include - auto/skip mode - which will automatically scroll the text (speed can be adjusted in options).
