Embark on a unique adventure through Shakespeare's "Merchant of Venice" told entirely by stick figures. Stegalosaurus brings this classic tale to life in an accessible, casual indie game.
About this game

Shakespeare's classic play about how intolerance, bigotry, and revenge not only conspire to destroy society but also form deadly cycles of hate and abuse. NOW IN FAMILY FUN STICK DRAWING FORM.
Also, there's an Adventure Mode. Do you have the GUTS to REWRITE SHAKESPEARE? Instead of taking Shylock's money, maybe you just go off and FIGHT A CYCLOPS INSTEAD. Adventure Mode is only for the bravest of souls.

- Read the play in its original text OR in plain English! OR both! Why not both? Well, now you HAVE THAT OPTION AT YOUR MERCY.
- ADVENTURE MODE: the original play not doing it for you? Why not add flaming ninjas to it? I mean, if that's what you want. Adventure Mode adds a completely new flavor that William Shakespeare himself/herself would have been proud of!

No pre-order stuff!

2026: Sales, Games, etc.
https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33017070/4cdf4cc9e1a147d4110ef4c3a1c70bed0f131919.png 2025 was a year of change for us. We tried new sales strategies, especially in Summer Sale and Retail Halloween, that failed spectacularly while also giving us the data that we needed to move forward. We also noticed that our player base was not exactly growing in the ways it had even during the COVID lockdowns. We also got hit ridiculously hard by refund scams. 2026 - 2027 will focus on less sales, less games on sale per sale, and less games being produced (which partially is due to the Shakespeare Saga closing). 2019-2021's production level was a direct reaction to external factors, 2023-2024 was a reaction to external factors, and now we finally have time to slow down.... and financially react to 2025. Dino Shakespeare 3 was meant to be a fun cool-down project that is now swept up in the dual currents of Paper Shakespeare 3 and Army of Tentacles' 10th Anniversary Edition. The latter game we will be officially announcing after PS3 launches sometime before Summer Sale. Can you believe we're legit almost done with January?Read full article on Community Announcements (Duck Whitman)Patch NotesOfficial
