  Cave Digger turns 4 years on 9th of May

  Howdy, diggers! It's been already four years. Can't believe it. On May 9th, 2018, Cave Digger was released as a free game on Steam and that's when our journey as a game development studio truly began! The free version of the game got approximately 100 000 downloads and got us confident enough to develop the game further and eventually release Cave Digger: Riches DLC. After the train expansion, the PC Edition and several other platform releases we decided to combine the free version on Steam with the DLC content for one premium product. This all allowed us to continue making games and here we are looking at CD2 full release sailing our way slow but steady. Read more about the Cave Digger's journey on this devblog post on reddit.   Cave Digger 2: Dig harder on Steam, App Lab and SideQuest

  Yeehaw, Diggers! As of last week, CD2 was released on App Lab and SideQuest. It's on early access just like on Steam and we keep on improving it based on your feedback! The price is €/$9,99 while the game is in development, so if you want to help us to make the game awesome and save some money, it's a good time to get your hands on it. Purchase CD2: On Steam On App Lab Cave Digger 2: Dig harder! Bigger world to explore, free-form mining in the caves, coop possiblity, interesting tool upgrades, combat and multiple endings (to come). Cave Digger 2: Dig Harder is a 1-4 player VR adventure game taking place in an alternative weird west dieselpunk world. The player is a Prospector that starts from a small camp, bent on exploring and excavating valuable resources. This allows funding for many things from tools to structures and traveling to new locations. While the Prospector ventures deeper and deeper into the world, they start to discover that someone or something has already been there possibly long before he/she has arrived. And that he/she is essentially on route to track the footsteps of the renowed prospector, Clayton, and the mysteries looming around him. And of course, join our discord!

  This is the end of Cave Digger updates as we know it.   Cave Digger 2: Dig harder! store page is up!

  {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40080980/f296512af8b8bae9efe394d0830d60e0286cafcc.png The development has progressed to the point that we were able to publish the store "coming soon" page for our Digger sequel. However the time of the release is still unknown as there is a lot of things to do. You can see some early screenshots from the game in the store page, but some visual aspects will still change and we will be adding new screens and videos to the store page as we get more things ready! Many of the basic mining mechanics are starting to look pretty good, as does the multiplayer and level generation. The artist have been killing it with the 3D models and concept art lately and we've published many of these on our discord server and social media channels.
