Smooth Operators 2 offers a deeper simulation, where focus is put not only on balancing operational workloads, but all aspects of running a functional outsourced Customer Experience operation. The building mechanic is reimagined to allow the player to create a very dynamic, organic and unique office building. All characters classes - not only Agents - have a clear objective in the game, and the player needs to balance and satisfy more workloads each day, as well as developing the business in a controlled fashion. The game also includes a new Research system that the player can prioritize how the player sees fit.
But managing your Customer Experience company won’t be an easy task!
Employees will get upset if you don’t consider their well-being. You need to balance your staffing to handle all types of workloads that comes with building a company.
Smooth Operators 2 also offers a unique interface - an intelligent NLP/AI driven chat functionality with Jill the receptionist, who serves as your guide through the game.

Weekly Update 17th Oct -22
Hey, here's a late weekly update! This update came a bit late, due to a failed SSD. Just shows the importance of Github! =) Anyways, new SSD eventually became a new computer. But here is the update! What's included: Option to disable the popup informing of employee sickness. Option to disable the popup information of employee resignation. Option to disable automatic 50x speed when nobody is working. This one is enabled by default, since it was confusing when you could go to 50x or not. Bug fixes & Misc: Some elements in the Research UI would not disappear when closing the screen. Research increased volumes on current client would increase workloads for a canceled contract, resulting in a crash. UI readability improvements on some UI screens. Impact of not getting paid is lessened, so resignations won't come flooding immediately when HR are in backlog. Thanks to all who's contributed with ideas, bug reports and such. Hey, here's the weekly update! What's included: - My Employees UI now contains Salary information - My Employees UI includes Actions such as Fire, Upgrade, Pay Raise, and Vacation. Hold left CTRL to toggle to actions while in the My Employees UI. Bug fixes: - Spelling errors - Rounding bug displaying too many decimals in Loans UI - Bug where trash would not start accumulating in rooms Roadmap: - Continued localization implementation - Option to automatically go to 50x speed when nobody is working - Option to not pop the Sickness and Resigned popups - Change some menu buttons to click instead of hover to activate (in the Shop Menu, Properties windows, etc..) - Option to not zoom into employee/room when opening the properties UI Thanks everybody who's reported bugs, and came up with ideas for improvements!
