Experience the tension of a survival puzzle-adventure where your presence on the PC is all that keeps a hostage hopeful. In STAY, your advice and encouragement are his lifeline as you work together to break free.
About this game

STAY plays out in real-time, meaning that every minute spent away from the game is a minute Quinn is left alone. Drop out of conversations or leave Quinn to fend for himself for too long and there may be consequences.

Quinn is on edge, and so every response matters. Prove yourself a compassionate ally and he’ll learn to trust you and share his findings and deepest thoughts. Fail, and his emotions may work against you.

Featuring 24 chapters, seven different endings, dozens of potential deaths and entire webs of conversation, STAY is designed to be replayed multiple times. Explore different rooms and unearth hidden secrets in subsequent playthroughs to piece together the full story.

Webcams enable you to spy on Quinn, letting you see both his reactions to your comments and his actions while AFK. Pick up on his lies and use that knowledge to your advantage.

Help Quinn get the better of the conundrums he encounters inside his prison by taking direct control of his actions during puzzle sections.

Bighorn Ramone: our new hoop horror game
Hi there! We're excited to reveal Bighorn Ramone, the new horror game we're developing at Appnormals. The premise is simple: you're trapped inside a sports team mascot suit.We wanted to combine two of our biggest passions (horror movies and basketball) to create a tense, atmospheric horror experience centered on dread, vulnerability, and human violence. Here's our teaser trailer:The mascot suit isn't just part of the story... it's the game's core mechanic. Its limited visibility and clumsy movement make every encounter more terrifying, creating a double layer of claustrophobia: you're trapped inside a basketball arena, and you're trapped inside the suit itself.Caught in a time loop between the present day and a mysterious basketball game in 1986, you'll have to perform as the team's mascot while evading hostile fans searching for answers about what really happened that night. If the premise sounds intriguing, we'd love your support!Wishlist Bighorn Ramone and follow us as we work toward our first 3D horror game. Cheers,Iñaki from AppnormalsRead full article on Community Announcements (Appnormals Team)AnnouncementsOfficial

New game: FRANK AND DRAKE
Hello everyone! We hope you're all well and safe during these crazy times, please take care! On our side, we have been working really hard for the past couple of years on a new narrative game after STAY. Still a lot of work to do, but we are happy to finally introduce our next project: it is called FRANK AND DRAKE, it is planned to launch this coming fall and it has a Steam page live! FRANK AND DRAKE on Steam FRANK AND DRAKE is a modern take on the classic novels of Frankenstein and Dracula, with two housemates inspired by their iconic characters. They will have different time cycles and we will play both characters sequentially: Frank during the day, Drake during the night. In consequence, they will not bump into each other ever, and their relationship will develop through sticky notes and other written messages. One remarkable aspect of the game is the visuals, using the rotoscoping technique: we draw frame by frame (yes, very time-consuming!) over footage from real actors, giving the game that uncanny and surreal aspect that fits the narrative so well. We really hope you like it! If you want to stay tuned for more game updates and want to support our work, please do consider adding it to your wishlist! It means a huge help for a small studio like us. Thanks in advance!
