There’s only 3 weeks left before prom and you haven’t got a date yet..and you’re a monster. But that’s okay ‘cause at your high-school everyone else is too! These are the stepping stones into the world of Monster Prom, a one-to-four player competitive dating sim that has you thinking: I never knew I was into that!

Choose your own adventure and get all the way to your special monster’s heart before anyone else does, take personality quizzes to determine your stats, get into all kinds of funny and absurd situations to seduce your sweetheart and find out more about yourself than you or your friends ever knew.

Play to your strengths to earn better rewards, discover and unlock items that boost your chances at your favourite fiend’s fondness and fight the good fight all in the name of the thing high-schoolers dream of: not going to the prom alone.

Grab up to three friends or play by yourself, enjoy the beautiful art, the witty dialogue and be prepared to make hard choices because at the end of the cruel, cut-throat world of Monster Prom there are only two types of people: lovers and losers. Being a monster is hard, but getting a date for prom is even harder!



Competitive dating sim
Nothing makes the heart grow fonder than a little competition. Set your gaze on one of the sweethearts, but if you share your romantic tastes with your friends, be ready for some stiff competition.

Fantastically funny writing
All's fair in love and war, except maybe taking yourself too seriously. Through whimsical, postmodern humor, written by Cory O’Brien, Maggie Herskowitz and Julián Quijano, there is no topic Monster Prom won’t make fun of, including itself.

  ONLINE DOWN for MONSTER PROM! 😱

  Hi everyone, We come bearing bad news: the Monster Prom (to be clear, this refers only to Monster Prom 1) online mode has stopped working due to a recent shutdown of the Unity server. This is due to a decision coming from Unity, and it affects all games which use their online technology (Unet), so it is out of our hands. The decision implies that we must rebuild online mode from the ground up. That is what we have been doing for a few months already, but as you can probably guess it's no easy feat. By our own estimate, it should be ready in 2-3 months (maybe less). We’re prioritizing the fix on PC first. Once it's ready, we'll make a closed beta so users can help us test it, all the while enjoying the sweet sweet joys of online multiplayer mode again. It's a win-win situation! If you're interested, you can send us an e-mail to monsterpromreports@gmail.com. As an alternative while we rebuild online mode, you can still play with your friends through ScreenShare. Or if you're using Steam, you can use the built-in Steam Remote Play Together system. We humbly ask you to remain calm and be patient during these trying times.   Cult Of The Lamb and Monster Prom devs announce a surprise Halloween crossover

  Halloween is almost upon us, and even if you're too old for trick-or-treating, there's still one underappreciated tradition kids of all ages get to enjoy. I refer to the special time of year when indie devs — especially those whose works have spooky themes — get together to plan elaborate cameos in one another's games. The latest left-field collaboration in this vein is between roguelike cult management simulator Cult Of The Lamb and multiplayer survival game slash dating sim Monster Prom 3: Monster Roadtrip: Both games were originally released in 2022 and are no strangers to collaborations: the Monster Prom franchise has previously featured crossover content from Among Us and Helltaker, while making its own cameo in Max Gentlemen: Sexy Business; while Cult Of The Lamb mutually crossed over with Don't Starve Together for a recent collaboration. Truly there's something for just about everyone on that list, although clearly being massively horny and/or fighting for your life are popular themes in fantasy-flavoured indies. Read more

  Traditional Chinese Localization launches just in time for Lunar New Year!

  First of all, we’d like to wish a very happy Lunar New Year to all of you celebrating the transition to the Year of the Tiger! It’s shaping up to be a great one not only for Coach, but for all of Spooky High’s faculty and student body. The first bit of good news for the year comes in the form of a new language update! Traditional Chinese localization has been made available for all of Monster Prom’s and its DLC, Second Term, in-game texts and will become accessible as soon as this update goes live. It represents a big stride in making Monster Love a global phenomenon and we proudly stand by it, along with our partners at Whisper Games that made the localization possible! Picking up where we left off in terms of good news - a saucy 69% discount on Monster Prom - the base game, as well as a 30% discount for the Second Term DLC will be available between January 27th and the 3rd of February.
