About this game
The Line is a rogue-like / dungeon crawler/survival with a turn-based combat system. The main object is to stand out from the long line for resettlement from the oppressive east segment of the city. The game begins when authorities decide to show a gesture of goodwill and move people from the rotting district to new buildings.
Our protagonists are Angelina and her companion, the mutated dog Fin. This girl is part of a small group that wants to know about the true nature of the resettlement. The queue moves extremely slowly, so you have to fight your way through or negotiate.
Angelina can use turn-based combat. She has six attacks, most of which have cooldowns. Four attacks can deal buffs and debuffs, and others can deal different amounts of damage.
The second way to proceed is to identify the enemies' mental weaknesses and use them. The third way is to simply exchange places for items from the inventory.
The dog Fin can search in special places that people can’t reach. Players are evaluated for looting chests, boxes, tables, and other objects.

The other path - Fight out of chaos!

In this area you will see common live of citizens from Rotting district. Like in the Line police want to push people from their houses and destroy problematic part of the city. You as Angelina must to get out from this area with people from new line. In The other path you can find 5 new locations and near 15 new enemies. And in the end Angeline will see 2 new endings, one of which will change her and allow player to continue general game with this changes. The other path - Fight out of chaos!
Hi! The Line reached needed amount of copies to start making DLC "The other path", in which player can explore living district and don’t go to the cops near the door. DLC includes new location with 3 big regions: rotting houses, metro tunnels and the village and many new enemies, friends, bosses. Also, considering from the name, player will be moving from left to right - opposite direction. DLC will be released in this summer. Mac stands back in the Line!
I updated and opened Mac OS release. Cross the Line
This is a small update for the Line. “Cross” area with 5 bosses added to the game in the end of the first zone. Player will have to defeat the firs boss to enter in the Cross. Five bosses represent the basic story of the game district. In the end of this location player will get some hidden lore parts end separated ending. Here first two bosses from this update.
