  Team-based spaceship battler Dreadnought launches on PS4

  Dreadnought, the free-to-play multiplayer game about big spaceships which don't get along, has moved out of open beta and launched on PlayStation 4. Arriving in the launch build are voice chat, Trophies and aim assist, and there's still a lot to do. "It's been a fun, crazy beta experience," read an announcement on the Dreadnought website. "The entire team is incredibly excited to share Dreadnought with more console players around the world. "Expect more awesome game updates as we kick things into development overdrive. January's patch is set to bring tons of long-requested balance improvements. Beyond that, expect to see custom games - a feature that allows you to set up matches with your friends in private, no-holds-barred arenas - and even further down the line, a huge content patch full of feedback-focused features like an overhaul to the module UI, a redesigned game reticle HUD as well as an improved tech tree progression experience that gives you more freedom when unlocking items. XBox One X Console, 1 TB - Standard Edition (not bundled with any game that we know of) When is the winner announced? Winner will be announced Dec 24th 2017 I bought Dreadnought Sol as a gift, can I still participate? Of course, as long as you forward the original receipt from the game you will be taken into consideration. Can I provide more than ONE receipt, so I have double the chance? NO,sorry, we are only accepting one receipt from each player in order to simplify the cheat detection. How will you contact the winner? We will reply to the email that sent the winner receipt and then we will make the announcement through the Steam product page and Forum. I bought the game on retail and happened to just find this announcement on Steam, am I eligible? Yes, we don't require your receipt but the unique serial number printed in the inside of your box. Everything else still applies I happen to live all the way to Australia, whatchu gonna do about it. Mate? We are currently working really hard in an insurance solution that allows us to ship safely via air cargo to Oceania, until further notice we can't take Australian players into consideration.

  UI Overhaul

The HUD was reworked by condensing all the information regarding the Dreadnought shields, integrity and player level, as well as current galaxy. - HUD length no longer occupies 45% of screen width, instead it is drawn over 20% of screen width. - Dreadnought's integrity is represented numerically in addition to the dynamic bar. -Level progress is represented more prominently with graphic quarters as well as EXP left to level up and current EXP gathered. - Secondary Weapon selection has new icons and configuration on the HUD, mainly regarding a change in abstraction level and information clarity on how much ammo is left to the player.
