About this game

Meet Kogasaka You and his little sister, Chinami, both of whom after the sudden death of their mother, are set to leave the city to go back to their childhood hometown to live with their aunt, Shino. Initially leaving their hometown of Hibarigasaki was difficult for You, as he was close friends with a girl who he saw nearly every day after school at the local town lookout. When she discovered that You would be leaving the town, she made him promise to return to marry her and left him with simply a kiss on the forehead to remember her by.

Once You returns to his hometown, he searches for that childhood friend, only to find his previous meet-up location is now fenced-off and abandoned. While out searching, he instead stumbles on a mysterious girl named Mare who carries a scythe and claims to be a Grim Reaper. Now back in his hometown, You starts to rebuild his life, making friends and continuing his search for the girl he made a promise to. Will he eventually find his promised love? Who is this mysterious girl and why does she seem so familiar?

  Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star- HD Version Released

This includes the updated translation, the ability to change Chinami's voice between the original and Eternal Heart versions, and the engine has been upgraded to use the same one as Hoshizora no Memoria -Eternal Heart- HD. We are still polishing up the game but future updates shouldn't break saves. Chinese text will be added back in the future as a free update.   Chinese Language Added!

  Hello everyone, today we pushed an update to add Chinese language to the game. To access the Chinese version please go to the game in your Steam library, right click to bring up the properties menu, and then click the language tab and select Chinese. Steam will begin to download that version of the game and you'll be able to start playing.   Updated exe

  Beta build we were using for testing has been pushed to live. One thing that is a issue, your saves will not carry over unless you move them in to a new folder. To fix that, you need to go to "My Documents\FAVORITE\" and copy everything from "星空のメモリア" to "Hoshizora no Memoria". This should restore your saves. We are still working on a updated editing pass on the game.
