No stress, no doom, just the cozy joy of building something wonderful with your co-pilot Sky at your side.
Crew up adorable planes, set the tone of your service, and run the airline you would actually want to fly with. Fares, comfort, staff, schedules: every call is yours, and none of them come with a fail state. This is a management game about care, not crisis.
Connect cities across a beautiful flat-cartoon world map. Tune fares, service and advertising, then watch the coins roll in as your planes land. The longer you keep a route open, the more customer loyalty you build. It is a warm economy that rewards care over chaos.
Reinvest your profits to open new hubs, upgrade your fleet, and expand across continents. Climb from a single puddle-jumper to a worldwide network, and a sky-high net worth.

Cozy Airways: July Devlog
July was a big one. We took Cozy Airways apart and put it back together, and almost every screen you have seen before looks different now. A cozier cockpit The old interface felt like a spreadsheet simulator, so we stripped a lot of it out and softened the colors. Sky sits on a little cloud above the dock now and tells you what actually matters, which means no more notification spam. A tutorial that makes sense Completely redone. Eight quick steps, time pauses so nothing runs away from you, and your first decoration is free so you can see how that system works right away. The crew, rebuilt from scratch Every crew member has five skills, morale that shifts depending on how their routes are going, and a level up where you pick what improves. There is a break room where you can check in on them and hand out gifts when someone is having a rough week. Nine mini-games Tray Balance, Luggage Sort, Meal Prep, boarding pass checks, weather dodging, trivia and more. They pop up while you are playing and they are a nice little break from managing the airline. A world that keeps moving Something happens roughly every fifteen seconds: a passenger with a story, a route event, a critter drifting across the map. There are 45 passenger stories now, all with choices. Some are funny, some land right in the feelings. Things to collect Polaroids for cities, postcards from flights, a whole bestiary of little animals to find with golden versions hiding among them, coins you can trade up, and a lucky wheel.
