About this game

There’s far more to LIVORA than can fit on one store page — use the “View the manual” link on this store page to explore the official online guide covering the full journey from birth to legacy.
BUILD A LIFE. LIVE WITH WHAT FOLLOWS.
LIVORA is a modern life simulation about building one Life through the choices, opportunities and consequences that shape it.
Create your character and decide what matters to you. Build a career, manage your money, find somewhere to call home, form relationships, raise a family and try to make room for the things you actually want from life.
But you cannot have everything at once.
Your time, money, energy and responsibilities are constantly competing with each other, and the decision that helps one part of your Life can put pressure on another. A better job might transform your finances but leave less time for your relationship. A bigger home could give your family room to grow while stretching your monthly budget. Retraining could open a completely different future — if you can handle what it costs you today.
There is no perfect route. There is only the Life you build and what follows from it.
ONE LIFE. EVERYTHING CONNECTED.
LIVORA is built as one connected simulation rather than a collection of separate systems.
Your work affects your income, time and stress. Your finances shape where you can live and the opportunities you can afford to take. Relationships develop alongside careers, family responsibilities and everyday pressures. Health, education, housing and the wider economy can all change what is possible next.
Across thousands of situations and decisions, your circumstances help shape the moments you encounter.
Some choices have immediate consequences. Others become part of your history.
Relationships can strengthen, drift or break down. Financial decisions can create security or problems that follow you for years. Opportunities can disappear. Unfinished issues can return. The Life you are living today helps shape the Life you will be dealing with tomorrow.
YOUR LIFE DOESN'T STAND STILL.
LIVORA is designed around the long view.
Careers develop and change direction. Partners have working lives and pressures of their own. Children grow into adults. Families evolve. Neighbourhoods change. Economic conditions shift. Priorities that felt important when you were younger can look completely different decades later.
Alongside the major milestones are the ordinary moments that make a Life feel personal — conversations, bills, interviews, friendships, family plans, hobbies, travel, difficult weeks, unexpected opportunities and decisions you never expected to face.
Sometimes your plans work.
Sometimes Life has other ideas.
And sometimes one small decision changes far more than you expected.
BUILD MORE THAN A SINGLE LIFE.
Eventually, every Life reaches its final chapters.
What remains is not a perfect score telling you whether you succeeded. It is the history you created: your relationships, family, finances, home, memories, achievements, mistakes and the consequences of the choices you made along the way.
And the story does not necessarily have to end there.
If you leave behind an eligible adult child, you can continue through the next generation and begin another playable Life connected to the family and world that came before it.
The world does not simply reset.
Build a Life. Make it yours. Live with what follows.

Property, Justice & Business Update
Property, Justice & BusinessThis update adds three major systems that can shape a Life over years — whether you're building wealth through property, growing a business beyond its first location, or dealing with crime and consequences that don't simply disappear afterwards.Property Portfolio & Landlord LifeOwning your home no longer has to be the end of your property journey. You can build a property portfolio, keep a previous home when moving, buy investment properties and become a landlord. Prepare properties for tenants, review applicants, manage tenancies, collect rent, deal with repairs and arrears, use letting agents and handle renewals, notices and move-outs.Properties can remain part of your Life for decades, including their finances, tenants and history, and can eventually become part of your estate and the next generation.Crime, Justice & Lasting ConsequencesCrime and Justice can now affect both your character and the people around them.Depending on what actually happens during a Life, you may become a victim, witness, suspect or offender. Cases can move through police involvement, investigations, interviews, court hearings and sentencing, with outcomes ranging from no further action to fines, community orders, driving restrictions and custody.Friends, family and established NPCs can also go through the Justice system themselves. A sibling might be arrested, an adult child could receive a conviction, or somebody close to you may become the victim of a crime.Serious outcomes can continue affecting work, driving, relationships, family and future opportunities long after the case itself has ended.Business Growth & ExpansionSuccessful businesses can now grow beyond a single location.Open new sites, choose where to expand, appoint managers, move or hire staff and build a wider Business Network. Mature businesses can also acquire existing companies, carry out due diligence, finance acquisitions and decide whether an acquired business should be integrated or retain...Read full article on Community Announcements (Shift The Story)Patch NotesOfficial

LIVORA 4.3 – Deeper Life Update
LIVORA 4.3 – Deeper Life UpdateLIVORA 4.3 is focused on making a Life feel more personal over the years — what you want from your future, what matters outside work, the things your family comes back to year after year, and how some of LIVORA's biggest existing systems fit into the wider Life. This update introduces Routes to Parenthood, Passions, Personal Projects & Pursuits, and Traditions, Birthdays & Annual Life Moments, alongside substantial improvements to Politics, Business & Self-employment, and Life Pace.Routes to ParenthoodHaving a child is no longer simply something that happens at the end of a relationship decision.Family Plans now follows what is genuinely happening in your Life. You and your partner can have different views about children, disagree about timing, ask for more time or decide that a child-free Life is right for you. A shared idea of having children someday is also different from actually deciding to start trying. When you do start trying, it becomes an ongoing part of the Life rather than something you repeatedly click. Work, relationships, Health, money and everything else continue while time passes, and plans can be paused or changed.Fertility support is part of that same journey through meaningful consultations, assessment and support decisions without turning LIVORA into a medical-management game. Pregnancy isn't guaranteed, and the journey can change direction over time.Adoption has also been expanded into a proper staged journey through enquiry, application, assessment, waiting, a specific match and placement. You don't design a child or browse through a catalogue. A match is a specific child with their own identity, and if placement goes ahead, that same child becomes part of the family and continues through education and Growing Up.And Life doesn't always follow the plan you started with. Routes can pause, relationships can change, and pregnancy can happen outside an active trying journey without LIVORA pretending there was a history...Read full article on Community Announcements (Shift The Story)AnnouncementsOfficial
Digital Life & Growing Up Are Here
Digital Life & Growing Up Are HereTwo major new systems have arrived in LIVORA, adding much more depth to both your online Life and the way children grow from their earliest years into adulthood. These are not separate mini-games. Both systems are connected to the Life you are already living, the people around you and the decisions you have made along the way.Digital Life & Online PresenceYour Life now has an online side.Digital Life lives inside Command and gives you a view of the online world surrounding your character. What appears there depends on the people you know, your Career, interests, Community, relationships, Business activity and how public your Life has become.Friends and family can share meaningful updates, you can join online Groups linked to genuine interests and local communities, reconnect with people from your past and build a professional network that can lead to real Career opportunities.Online dating is also part of Digital Life. Rather than endlessly swiping through disposable profiles, LIVORA presents a small number of plausible people. If a connection develops, that person becomes part of your real Life and continues through the existing Relationships system.Business owners now have an online presence too. Customers can leave reviews, make enquiries, recommend your Business or raise complaints. How you respond can affect the real Business you run, while successful relationships with customers can lead to further opportunities. If your Life becomes more public, Digital Life changes with it. Entering Politics or becoming better known can bring public reaction, scrutiny and discussion around the things you do. Something you genuinely shared years earlier may even resurface much later when your public profile has grown.Your Digital Footprint remembers the important parts of this history. It does not invent a past for older saves — only things that genuinely happen from this point forward can return later.Privacy, account security, scams and onlin...Read full article on Community Announcements (Shift The Story)
