Performance Optimization (FPS Drop Fix)Lighting & Shadows: Completely disabled resource-intensive shadow rendering (castShadow / receiveShadow) on the city map and police station (DispatchScreen.tsx), and removed a large number of unnecessary point lights (pointLight) in Room3D. This should fix the severe FPS drops (down to 25 frames) when switching to nighttime.Render Fix: Fixed a critical build error in Room3D.tsx that prevented the application from compiling after the optimization.2. Casino Balance (Toxic Heist Slot)Free Spins Nerf: Completely rewrote the Scatter drop logic. The chance of triggering free spins is now strictly set to 3% per spin.Random Trigger Fix: Outside of this 3% chance, the slot will no longer randomly drop 3 or more Scatters (a strict limit of 2 Scatters is set for "regular" spins) to prevent bonus game spam.3.
