Prison of Sissy is an adult narrative visual novel about identity, transformation, survival, and the consequences of one desperate mistake.
A young man’s life changes after taking medication with unexpected side effects. At the same time, a failed robbery pulls him into a much darker path — prison. What begins as punishment slowly becomes a journey of psychological pressure, physical change, power, fear, desire, and unexpected connection.
The story focuses on a character
who is forced to face a new version of himself while trapped in an environment built to break him. Every chapter reveals more about the prison, the people inside it, and the choices that shape his future.
This is not only a story about escape. It is a story about adaptation, control, vulnerability, and transformation.
Transformation is one of the central themes of Prison of Sissy.
The protagonist changes over time, both physically and mentally, as the world around him pushes him into situations he never expected.

Hi everyone,First of all there will be no story upgrade for this update !♥ I want to give a quick update about the next Prison Of Sissy update.This will not be a big story-based update. The main focus will be general fixes, bug improvements, light UI improvements, and preparing the game for better future content updates.After the Steam release, I received several bug reports and useful feedback from players. I’m currently checking the reported issues one by one and working on a cleaner, more stable version of the game.This update will include:Fixes for recently reported bugsGeneral stability improvementsMain menu improvementsGallery added to the main menuImprovements to the “select part” menuBetter access to replayable scenesGeneral UI polish and cleaner navigationOne of the bigger improvements is the gallery/replay system.Players will be able to click on a gallery image and replay the related story part connected to that image. The idea is to make the gallery more useful, not just a place to look at unlocked images.To unlock and access these parts, the system will also be connected to a point/progression system.
