About this game

Paper Paws is a cozy card collecting game about kittens. Buy cards, scratch off the protective layer, process them and collect them in your album!

The world of collectors has a demand for kitten cards. Buy cards of each rarity, scratch them, sell them and earn money!

Every card needs care — it might arrive dirty or damaged. Clean it in the Cleaner, send it through the Laminator for shine and protection, and if the lamination comes out bad — the UV Lamp will remove the layer and give you a second chance. Only a perfectly processed card makes it into the album!

Upgrade your machines to the maximum level — increase work speed and reduce the chance of damage. And you also have helpers — fluffy kittens who are happy to lend a paw! One of them proudly pushes cards with his tail, the other gleefully scratches them. Though sometimes it seems like they just enjoy the chaos...

Collect all the kittens:

  • 6 rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythical

  • Fill all the albums and become a true master of the card craft!

Can you collect them all?

    My First Real Failure

Developer's NoteBefore you decide whether to buy this game, I'd like to share something important with you. This game was my first real failure as a game developer.I spent months of my life creating it. Day after day, I opened the project, added new mechanics, fixed bugs, celebrated every small improvement, and genuinely believed I was moving in the right direction. It wasn't until after release that I realized how much I still had to learn.I learned too late that game development isn't just about programming, art, or good ideas. Above all, it's about listening to the people who will actually play your game. It's about constant feedback. It's about asking questions that simply can't be answered while working alone in front of a screen.I didn't spend enough time talking to players. I didn't ask for feedback often enough. I didn't test the game as thoroughly as I should have. Many decisions felt right simply because I had been looking at them every single day. After a while, you stop seeing your own mistakes.Looking back now, I can clearly see that the game doesn't have enough content. Some decisions were rushed. Some ideas never became reality because, at some point, I convinced myself that "this is probably enough."It wasn't.Because of that, today I can't, in good conscience, recommend buying this game.Writing those words is incredibly difficult after spending months building every part of this project. But being honest with people matters more to me than pretending everything turned out the way I hoped it would.I won't remove this project. It will stay here—not as something I'm ashamed of, but as a reminder. We often see stories of success. Successful launches. Great reviews. Finished masterpieces. What we rarely see is the first attempt that didn't work. And yet, those first attempts often become the foundation of everything that follows.Failure isn't the opposite of success. It's part of it.Experience doesn't erase mistakes. It teaches us to understand them, accept the...
