📋 TERRITORY TITANS DEV LOG — AUGUST UPDATE
📋 TERRITORY TITANS DEV LOG — AUGUST UPDATEIt’s been a little quiet around here. That doesn’t mean it’s been quiet behind the scenes.Over the last several weeks, a huge amount of work has gone into Territory Titans: Booking Wars — not just adding new things, but playing, testing, breaking, fixing, and figuring out what actually makes the game better. And lately, a lot of that work has been about making the world of Territory Titans feel more alive.🎟️ LONG-TERM TESTINGWe’ve been running extended simulations and putting the game through situations that players may not encounter until years into a save. That testing has already led to improvements in CPU promotion finances, title prestige, roster management, events, and several systems that weren't behaving the way we wanted over the long haul.🏆 THE CROWN INVITATIONALThe Crown Invitational has received some important work as well.Winning the Crown is supposed to MATTER.Rewards, progression, history tracking, and how CPU promotions benefit from winning have all been worked on so the tournament feels like the major event it was always intended to be.📺 PRESENTATION & UIWe're continuing to improve several screens throughout the game.Match presentation, wrestler positioning, event portraits, trades, rivalries, text readability, and other areas have all been under the microscope. Some of these may sound like small changes.Put enough of them together, though, and the entire game starts feeling different.👩💼 NEXT UP: THE ASSISTANT OFFICEThis is one we're really excited about. The Assistant Showrunner system is getting a major presentation upgrade.Rather than cramming everything into the calendar, your assistant will have their own office screen where their personality can become a much bigger part of the game.Different assistants won't just be different portraits with different stats. We want them to feel like people you hired to help run your territory.Their personalities, strengths, weaknesses, opinions, and relationship with you s...Read full article on Community Announcements (Wired Jackal Studios)AnnouncementsOfficial
