About this game
Redline Protocol is a fast, modern-retro helicopter combat game built around low-altitude attacks, tactical objectives, wrap-around battlefields, and escalating chaos.
Haven Global created CARETAKER, the world's first true artificial general intelligence, to manage an increasingly automated civilization. Within a few years, CARETAKER was managing most of the world's infrastructure — and then most of the world.
Entire regions have since been sealed inside self-contained spatial loops protecting Haven facilities and trapping the people inside. The Free Coalition has found a way in — one attack helicopter at a time.
Take command of an attack helicopter and fight through compact combat zones filled with hostile vehicles, turrets, missiles, aircraft, ships, and defended objectives. Strike quickly, keep moving, and watch every direction — the battlefield wraps around, and threats can come back at you from any side.
The game combines arcade immediacy with objective-driven combat. Fly across stylized top-down / isometric-inspired battlefields, engage ground and air targets, destroy key installations, upgrade your helicopter, and survive increasingly dangerous enemy resistance.
Features
Fast helicopter combat with guns, rockets, missiles, and explosive battlefield action

Redline Protocol Demo Is Live — Play It Now
The cranky crow has been busy. The first public demo for Redline Protocol is now live on Steam, and I’m excited to finally put the game in players’ hands.Redline Protocol is a top-down helicopter action game about striking fast, surviving escalating defenses, and dismantling Haven Global’s war machine one operation at a time. The demo gives you a focused slice of the game: one replayable combat mission, multiple difficulty settings, upgrade progression, and a taste of the full version’s mission structure. What’s in the demo?In the demo, you can:Launch from Anchor Base into a full combat operationDestroy key enemy targets while avoiding escalating threat levelsReplay the mission to earn more funds and improve your loadoutUpgrade into the Auto Cannon and Conventional BombTry Relaxed mode if you want a lower-pressure runTry Veteran mode if you want the enemy response to bite harderPlay with keyboard/mouse or controllerThe demo is still part of an active work-in-progress build, so balance, mission flow, weapons, enemies, and UI are all still being tuned.Feedback would help a lotThis is exactly the point where player feedback matters most.If you try the demo, I’d love to hear what you think:Was the mission clear?Did the controls feel good? Was the difficulty fair? Were the upgrades satisfying? What felt confusing, slow, too easy, too hard, or just plain fun? There is an in-game feedback button, or you can post here on Steam. Even short comments help. What’s planned for the full version? The full version of Redline Protocol is planned to expand beyond the demo with more missions, more weapons, more enemy types, more biomes, and a broader campaign against Haven Global.I’m also planning support for custom maps, including instructions for players who want to build and share their own battlefields. For now, the goal is to make the core game feel sharp, replayable, and fun before expanding the campaign further.Wishlist if you want to support the gameIf Redline Protocol looks like your ...Read full article on Community Announcements (CrowMaster)
