    Launch on September 21

State Z will launch in Early Access on September 21, when version 0.9 is officially released.State Z has reached incredible levels of gameplay.A 64 km map where there is always something to explore—a truly living, realistic world that delivers exactly what survival game enthusiasts want.A comprehensive map featuring major cities, military zones, an airport, villages, rural and industrial areas, a seaport, parks, a radioactive nuclear power plant, a cemetery, residential and commercial districts, a trailer park, secluded forest cabins, and a swamp. Four islands lie at the center of the map: one housing a prison; another featuring a vast community of passive NPCs for quests, trading, and interaction; a paradise island where you can build your own sanctuary; and a fourth island—home to challenges kept secret until launch—that holds a crucial piece of the story. There is also a large community of hostile human NPCs you must eliminate; it is a tough fight, so I suggest bringing friends and plenty of rocket launchers to take them on. The entire map is packed with locations to explore—military outposts, street and road barricades, various roadside structures, and more—all designed to add depth and realism to the open world. Additionally, the map is dotted with camps of both hostile and passive NPCs, and patrols of both types can be encountered throughout the area. Zombie hordes and smaller groups are also found across the map—not just in the cities.more than 200 different zombies100 different enemy human NPCs and countingmore than 30 carsmore than 150 melee weapons.more than 100 firearms, and the number is growing daily...(including grenade launchers, rocket launchers, crossbows, bows and arrows, pistols, revolvers, precision rifles, machine guns, rifles, assault rifles, shotguns, submachine guns, and more).Over 700 collectible items, such as food, liquid consumables, medicines, parts, tools, construction materials, various crafting items, and much more.50 different types ...

    August early access release date

I apologize to everyone, but *State Z* needs a bit more time for Steam to review the new version of the game. This version features a world that has become more devastated over the years; the work is already done, but Steam's review process takes 7 days, so it won't be ready by the 20th. Rest assured, however, that this time won't go to waste. We are adding over 200 zombie variants and more than 100 human NPC variants—ensuring a unique experience where you'll rarely encounter the same enemy twice, making every combat encounter feel fresh. The *State Z* map has been redesigned to reflect the passage of time, introducing areas filled with overgrown vegetation, grime, and chaos; this makes the map more menacing and gives every location a unique feel. Everything already in *State Z* has been expanded, including a vast array of weapons, items, and vehicles. We’ve also added modular base-building options alongside pre-built structures—complete with decorations, lighting, and defensive traps to protect you from threats—with much more to come. The official launch is set for August; while there is no specific date yet, I will keep everyone updated. As soon as Steam gives the green light, I’ll announce the release date. I apologize once again. The future of *State Z* is going to be incredible.
