The destiny of your club won’t just be decided by the 90 minutes played on the pitch, but by the weight of the decisions you make behind closed doors. Yes, it's part of your private life.

Club Politics & Elections: How well did you keep your campaign promises to the club members? When election day arrives, you must maximize member management and your personal reputation to protect your seat against fierce rivals.
Dynamic Fan Communities: The stands are not a monolith. Manage diverse fan factions, each with its own identity. Get them on your side and you become unstoppable; cross them, and brace yourself for relentless protests!
A Deep Financial Empire: Don't just sell tickets and chase sponsors. Manage every single cent—from season tickets and stadium museum entry fees to merchandise pricing and megastore optimization. Manipulate prices based on the purchasing power of different fan groups to turn your club into a massive money-printing machine! And when negotiating loans with banks during financial crises, remember: maintaining fiscal discipline is far more critical than splurging on your transfer budget.
