About this game
Cubic Color Confusion is a grid-based puzzle game with a unique color-based mechanic where every move changes the puzzle you're trying to solve.
Collect valuable artefacts, adapt to new challenges, and master a complex ruleset built around color cycling, spatial awareness, and strategic planning.
Different cube types, changing terrain, elevation, locks, keys, and other puzzle elements will constantly challenge your understanding of the world and its rules.
Core Gameplay
Create Paths
Every move changes the color of the tile you enter and directly affects the available options to solve the puzzle.
Cubes can only travel across neutral tiles and tiles matching their own color. Use the color-cycle mechanic to open new routes and solve seemingly impossible puzzles. Plan carefully to create possibilities without locking yourself in before reaching every artefact.
Cubic Cooperation
Let your cubes work together in surprising ways to overcome challenges no single cube could solve alone.
Features
Handcrafted Puzzles: Over 100 carefully designed levels.
Dynamic Core Mechanic: A unique color-based rule system where every move changes the environment.
Multiple Cube Types: Control different cubes with distinct movement abilities and behaviors.
Varied Layouts: Master elevation differences, locks and keys, cube recoloring, fragile terrain, and other puzzle elements.
Operator Feed: Unlock entries containing Corporate messages, rule explanations, and Employee logs.
Integrated Level Editor: Create, share, and play custom puzzles through Steam Workshop support.
Can you master every challenge and become Hullet Corporation's most valuable Operator?
