Little update from the dev
Hi there! I hope you've had a wonderful summer so far =) Here is a brief update on the things I have worked on for Nordic Nook (the little summer cottage lifesim). So here's the features I've added past few months.Save/load mechanism: This was an important feature as up till now I can actually save the gameplay progressWeather system: Although basic, now on some in-game days you can get rain, clouds and sun. Ultimately the weather shall have impact on berries/mushrooms/fishing etc.Indoor cottage decoration: Now it's possible to buy and place rugs, chairs...and place them in the cottage. Still quite some deco things to pixel, but it's a start.Fence builder: Nice detail, which lets you place fence pieces outdoors (maybe to keep critters away...)That said, I cannot wait to get my hands to further features like fishing, NPCs and the actual world building. It is long way to go, but I feel motivated. p.s. Thank you for the first 50 wishlists too!
