Demo 视觉与交互体验更新
Hi everyone,We have continued polishing the Demo based on your feedback. This update focuses mainly on environments, character interactions, and result feedback, with the aim of making the overall experience feel more consistent and easier to understand.1. Reworked Basement Room- The basement room has been replaced with a newly reworked environment. Interactive areas such as the bed, door, computer, and phone have also been readjusted for the new layout.- The rain outside the window now plays as a looping video instead of using a large sequence of individual images. The raindrops continue moving while using less unnecessary memory.- The highlight areas for interactive objects have been refined, making mouse interactions feel more natural.2. Updated Event and Character Interaction UI- Events, character interactions, and action results now share a new paper-style interface, reducing the visual inconsistency between different screens.- Character interaction pages now show actions that are more relevant to the current situation first, while still allowing you to view other available approaches.- Character portraits, information hierarchy, and option layouts have been reorganized, making it easier to understand who you are interacting with, your current relationship, and what each action may affect.3. Clearer Relationship and Action Results- After a character interaction, the result screen now clearly shows changes in Affinity and whether relationship stages such as Attitude or Friendship have changed.- Internal values such as “Goodwill,” which players did not need to manage directly, have been removed from the result screen. This prevents a single interaction from displaying several sets of unclear relationship numbers.- Result screens for regular actions, courses, events, and character interactions have been reorganized so that they no longer rely on vague, generic messages. 4. Improved UI Sounds and Screen Transitions- Subtle sound effects have been added for opening ...Read full article on Community Announcements (木其)Patch NotesOfficial
demo update note
Since the public version released on July 12, we have focused on addressing the following issues:1. White Screens, Freezes, and Startup IssuesFixed an issue where the game could remain on a white screen, become unresponsive, and eventually close automatically on some devices.Adjusted the size of the studio logo animation so that it no longer appears abnormally large or looks like a display bug.Fixed another white-screen issue that could occur after selecting Continue or starting a new game.Restored the opening sequence that should play when starting a new game or continuing an existing save.Reworked the loading process for the game’s first playable scene, reducing long freezes when entering the room, school, or loading a save.If loading fails, the game will no longer simply remain on a black screen or close. A Chinese-language error message will now appear, allowing the player to retry or return to the main menu.Delayed the loading of content that is not immediately needed, such as the refrigerator, computer, Weekly Plan interface, and full-game ending scenes. This reduces the amount of work performed during startup.Adjusted the Windows compatibility renderer for certain NVIDIA graphics cards, reducing startup crashes caused by graphics driver issues.Improved resource cleanup on low-memory devices and during longer play sessions, reducing performance degradation and unexpected crashes when changing locations.Added proper macOS Steam package support and verified the startup process on both Intel-based Macs and Apple Silicon devices.2. Highlighted Buttons That Would Not RespondFixed an issue where action cards could still highlight but would no longer respond after repeatedly entering and leaving locations such as the classroom, library, hospital, gym, or nightclub.Fixed invisible input layers left behind after closing Adviser messages, phone calls, events, or the Weekly Plan. These layers could continue blocking mouse input.Fixed an issue where the bed, door, phone, ...Read full article on Community Announcements (木其)
