About this game

Welcome to Prestige Electric Company.

We're excited to onboard you into the company, here's what to expect

from day to day operations running our state of the art power plant.

You're The Manager

Take control of the plant. You're in charge of everything from the finances, deliveries of coal and supplies, repairing equipment, and making sure our customers have uninterrupted power service. None of the experienced plant managers accepted our job offer, so don't mess this up.

Maintain The Plant

All the equipment needs maintenance, everything from the boilers, to the turbines, pipes, and electrical equipment. Letting things degrade results in reduced outputs and dangerous working conditions, so try to keep everything running smooth.

Build Your Control Room

Every plant needs a proper control room to run smooth. Unfortunately a significant amount of upfront construction costs were used for "business trips" so only a shell of a control room is provided. You'll need to build up your control consoles to the most efficient workflow for you, using plug and play dials, gauges, buttons, switches, and more.

Gear Up

At the end of each day, you'll have the opportunity to visit a hardware store to purchase vital equipment to keep the plant running. You'll have access to new and better tools, improved control room modules, and more. Just don't think you'll be able to use company funds. These are non approved purchases, so you'll have to use your daily paycheck if you want to make your life easier.

Upgrade Everything

Your whole plant can be improved, mostly because Prestige cheaped out on the design costs.

Boilers can be improved to output more heat, withstand more damage, and output more useful data.
Steam Turbines will become more efficient, intake more steam, and release more mechanical energy.
Pipes can have increased capacity, Trains can carry more coal, Cooling towers can save on water costs,
and much, much more.

    Welcome to Prestige Electric Company

A little info about meMy name is Peyton, a 27 year old from South Carolina in the United States. This is a project I've been working on since around August of 2025, mostly solo, but with the help of a friend occasionally. And this is my first project that I plan to release to the public. It's a bit of a passion project with all the bits and pieces of games that I personally enjoy and wanted to see put into a game I would have fun with. I enjoy playing games with friends and goofing around, but still like to learn a bit and be technically challenged with some management elements and a learning curve, thus the idea behind Prestige Electric Company.A little info about Prestige Electric CompanyPrestige Electric Company started with the idea of creating something of a "friendslop" title that I enjoy with my friends, but combined with a bit of the engineering and mechanics I like to learn about. I don't have a background in electrical engineering or power plant management, but went through a bit of research to at least give a similar feel of the process of how a coal fired power plants work (and potentially more types in the future), albeit with a gamified approach to give it the chaotic friendslop vibe. This game will not be a fully realistic simulator with industry standard language, processes, layouts, etc., but I still want the player to feel in control, smart, and reward learning efficient layouts and processes. What the game will offerHere's what I plan on having at launch.Fully functioning and explorable power plant Complete with a turbine hall, boiler room, tunnels, delivery dock, and more. Dynamic Damage All the machinery will have damage dependent on conditions (heat, pressure, RPM, etc.) and damage will effect outputs, inputs, durability, and even cause safety issues that can damage you such as leaking steam pipes. Damage won't just be a health bar, but will be physical damage that needs specific tools to fix, such as a wrench to tighten loose bolts, a welder to...
