A fishing sim with a HORRIFYING twist!. It's not enough to simply HOOK a fish, players must ENTER THE WATER and take them on using WEAPONS like spearguns and floating mines! Once a fish is STUNNED, it must be REELED IN before it RECOVERS! Upgrade your ITEMS and use scales to CRAFT PERKS!

I wanted to make my own so bad...so to that end, check out "DinoSWORD" over on the STEAM PAGE! - Adventure Mode: Follow the story of 5 dinosaurs, each with their own adventure to complete. Secrets and Tips!
After recieving some feedback on the game, I wanted to address a few points that were brought up, and clarify some elements to the game that were left purposefully undisclosed. Not only did the Reaper warn you would have to "figure it out on your own" ( nice guy, huh? ) but it leaves something to be DISCOVERED! That being said, if you are curious about getting the inside track on strategy and secrets, look over the following points: - It IS possible to use the CHUM to lure in several randomized fish that are NOT the specified round fish. Put the bait on the hook for the fish you are looking for, and by using chum you have a CHANCE that the fish you land is the one you want. This system was adopted from the previous 2D version as players had trouble getting the fish for the round they wanted and quit.- That $500 bonus ( for coming in 1st ) tapers off the lower the player's round rank. It is possible to collect 3 PEARLS and craft them with the Shop Reaper. This DOUBLES the cash you earn for placement bonuses, findable credits, selling fish ect. By activating this 2X cash bonus, you can actually buy most of the shop items relatively quickly.- This leads into the PEARLS. It was specifically designed to be basically a death sentence to try for the bottom ones ( although you can find 2 clams close to the surface if you explore ) however there are ways to overcome this. Using a DIVING BELL to bring oxygen underwater is a good help, as is increasing swim speed through crafting. 2 other options are purchasing the UNDERWATER SCOOTER or by TAMING A PERIL PORPOISE. The option to TAME is only available on catching the round 3 Peril Porpoise ( that eats green bait fish ). Once tamed you can ride it at a very fast rate, however your grip depletes when riding it underwater so prepare for that. To celebrate the upcoming FREE RELEASE of the horror fishing sim "Nightmare Fishing Tournament" here's an overview of the fish present in the game, as well as a few BONUS creatures that ended up being CUT CONTENT! ROUND 1: THE FANGLESS FLYER Although completely blind, these daredevils of the deep are known to take flight when provoked, making them ideal starter fish for new arrivals to the Nightmare Fishing Tournament.ROUND 2: THE SABER FISH A highly sought after trophy fish, their sleek aquadynamic design and powerful fins make them one of the fastest fish in the sea. Corpses are often found skewered along its horrifying namesake. ROUND 3: THE PERIL PORPOISE This air breathing beast is unlike the other denizens of the deep in that it produces no craftable scales. It’s also proven to be intelligent with the capability to be TAMED and used in COMBAT! ROUND 4: THE CATASTROPHIE FISH Known as the trashcan of the deep, this large ugly brute will eat just about anything. It has a TOXIC bite, leaving a wound that festers with POISON after initial contact.ROUND 5: THE DANGER DOLPHIN The Danger Dolphin, also known as the “Murder - Mahi”, appears in a bright flash against the blood red of the sea, concealing a hideous vertical smile few have escaped from. ROUND 6: THE GHOUL FISH A flushed pet so ravenous it chewed through everything in the sewer system, eventually chewing its way through to Hell itself. ROUND 7: THE DEATH STRIKER Living up to its name, the “Death Striker” hits quickly in an ambush pattern, violently shaking its prey to pieces.
