  The September Update is Now Available!

  Staff and managementEmployee morale: workers become FRESH for +10% tips or TIRED for −10% tips and 25% slower service. Low morale never makes anyone quit.Manual breaks: send an employee on a 40-second break to restore morale quickly.Closing the parlor now rests the entire roster at break speed while turning away new customers.SHIFT MANAGER Legacy perk automatically rotates tired employees onto breaks and can be switched on or off.Employee traits: hires can receive up to two traits affecting speed, tips, morale, VIPs, Suspicion, Page drops, coaching costs, and customer priority.Standard traits: Quick Hands, Slow Burn, VIP Darling, Loud, Crowd Favorite, Bookworm, Diva, Discreet, Fast Learner, Sunny, Lucky Charm, Exhibitionist, Iron Back, Magnetic, Natural, Perfectionist, Second Wind, Cool Operator, and Regular Favorite.Mythic traits: Time Bender, Unbreakable, Golden Aura, and Infamous.Direct trait training: spend Pages to teach an exact trait or replace a chosen slot. Mythics require an Elite parlor, 100,000 lifetime customers, a fully coached employee, and 100,000 Pages.Employees and the receptionist can now be renamed.The receptionist now has her own full profile card.Releasing an employee requires confirmation and clearly explains that her room will become vacant.Favorite scenes are saved separately for each employee. Starred scenes appear first in Coach previews and become the only scenes she performs for customers.TEACH ALL ELIGIBLE lets you teach one scene to every employee who qualifies in a single purchase.Each employee can be assigned preferred client skin-tone groups, including fantasy colors.   The September Update — Now Testing on the Beta Branch

  The next major update for Happy Endings lands at the end of September — and it’s playable right now on the Steam beta branch. We’d love your help testing it before the public release. What's coming EXPANDED CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION — choose between new body options for your girls, with the wardrobe updated to fit every option. Hairstyles, hats and other headwear have also been expanded, with more independent color choices. AURELIA GUARANTEED AT R7 — Aurelia can still appear early as a rare legendary hire, but reaching R7 now awards the GOLDEN CONTRACT. If you haven’t found her by then, the contract guarantees her next offer without another rebirth or payment. VIPS COUNT DOUBLE — every completed VIP service now counts as two customers toward leaderboard scores, daily tasks and your customer-rate display. Aurelia’s legendary bonus still makes her VIPs count as three. SAFER STAFF MANAGEMENT — LET HER GO now asks for confirmation before removing an employee, so an accidental click won’t cost you a favorite girl. POLISH & STABILITY — more gameplay tuning, progression improvements, audio fixes, visual polish and performance work throughout the game. Want to play it early? Happy Endings remains an incremental clicker at its core, not a traditional management simulator. This update gives you much more to unlock, customize, and actively manage. More Active GameplayNEW MASSAGE TECHNIQUES — unlock Pulse Massage, Signature Stroke, and Rub Frenzy.FAVORITE SCENES — choose each girl’s performance list by starring learned scenes.   The next major update for Happy Endings lands at the end of August — and it's the biggest one since launch. It's playable right now on the Steam beta branch, and we'd love your help testing it. What's coming WORKER TRAITS — every hire can roll quirks: VIP DARLING, QUICK HANDS, EXHIBITIONIST, IRON BACK and 11 more. Two same-tier hires are never the same girl again. MORALE — nonstop work tires a girl out (slower, worse tips), rest brings her back. Send her on a break, flip the front-desk sign to CLOSED to rest the whole roster, or grab the new SHIFT MANAGER Legacy perk to automate it. Low morale never makes anyone quit. SUSPICION REWORK — the heat meter is now risk vs. reward. Ride it past 50% and customers pour in faster... but let it hit 100% and the Guild seizes your safe and locks the parlor down while they sweep it. AURELIA, THE LEGENDARY HIRE — a one-of-a-kind golden girl who can turn up at the Hire desk if you're lucky. Hand-animated, with five exclusive scenes only she can learn. MUSIC SHOP — five new chill-out tracks to buy for your parlor with your hard-earned cash, alongside the classic theme. Your collection survives rebirth.   Hotfix v1.0.9 — Save Profile Fix

  Hotfix v1.0.9 — Save Profile Restoration A packaging error in the previous update caused some players to launch into a separate developer/review profile instead of their normal profile. This could result in: Receiving 99 Legacy Points The game appearing in English instead of the selected language Reset-looking customer counts and daily rewards Incorrect upgrades, staff, or leaderboard information Your original save data was not overwritten. Hotfix Changes Restored loading of the normal player save Restored supported language preferences Removed the developer/review profile from production Added packaging safeguards to prevent this issue from happening again Prevented corrected clients from publishing review-profile leaderboard data What You Need to Do Please close the game completely, install the latest Steam update, and relaunch the game. If Steam does not show the update: Exit the game completely Restart the Steam client Verify the integrity of the game files Launch the game again We sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern this caused.
