About this game

Echoes of Creation

A solo-developed 3D MMO RPG.

Echoes of Creation began in March 2026 as a one-person project — designed and developed by a solo developer. It's a passion project about grinding for loot, building the character you want, and uncovering the story of the Creator who shaped the world.

The Story

The world was shaped by a mysterious figure known only as the Creator, who brought forth two mythical beings — the Light and the Dark. After the Light sacrificed herself to save the world, the Dark seized the chance to seal her away, and darkness has crept across the land ever since. Guided by Elder Maren of Eloria Village, you set out zone by zone to free the sealed Light and confront The Forgotten One.

    v0.2.13

Guilds have had a roster and a bank for a while now, and not much reason to open either. This update gives your guild something to do together, and gives you a reason to care what your guild has been up to while you were offline. Standing Orders Your guild now has five orders on the board, permanently: Slay 100 monsters — any monster, anywhere Earn 100,000 gold Forge or enchant 3 times Donate 20 materials to the guild Bring down a world boss You take one at a time. Finish it and it goes straight back on the board, so if slaying monsters is what you were going to do this evening anyway, you can run that same order all evening. There is no daily list to miss and nothing expires overnight. Every order you complete adds contribution to your guild. What contribution buys Guild buffs — Attack, Defense, Dodge and Accuracy, each in a General, PvE and PvP line, five levels deep. Your guild buys them once and every member carries them into combat. They are not free-for-all, though, and that is where Grade comes in. Grade Grade is your own standing inside the guild, 1 to 10, earned by the contribution you personally put in. It decides how much of the guild's buff actually reaches you. A guild that has bought level 5 of a buff does not hand level 5 to someone who joined an hour ago — they start at the bottom and climb. Open any buff card and it tells you plainly what your Grade is currently getting you, and what the next one would. Everyone's Grade is now visible on the Members tab, so you can see who has been carrying the guild. Orders in your tracker An accepted order sits in your quest tracker with everything else you are working on, counting as you go. When it completes you get a banner, so you are not opening the guild panel every ten minutes to check a number. A Guilds leaderboard, and a weekly event The leaderboard has a new Guilds tab, ranking guilds by Guild Level. The Events panel also reads a live feed now, which means an event can start, change or end without waitin...

    v0.2.1

Elite monsters hit far less hard An elite was carrying two and a half times the attack power and double the swing rate of the monster it was copied from. At low levels that was fine. Above level 36, where base attack is already in the thousands, it meant an elite hit roughly seven times as hard as the ordinary version of the same monster — and armour could not touch the difference. A level 36 elite now swings for 6,575 instead of 10,275 A level 48 elite for 24,000 instead of 37,500 Their health, EXP, gold and drop rates are unchanged — an elite is still the best thing on the map to kill, it just no longer removes you before your potion fires Monsters arrive instead of appearing A respawning monster waits two seconds before its first attack. You no longer take a hit from something that materialised on top of you Monsters fade in over a second when they spawn, and can neither be hit nor hit you until they are solid Health bars tell the truth Your client was guessing at monster health between updates from the server, and guessing badly — it counted swings that had actually missed, and subtracted the same hit twice. The bar drifted below the real value during a fight and then snapped back up, which read as the monster healing. It never was. Your damage always counted. The bar now follows the server exactly. What you see is what the monster has left. Fixed The crash when moving between maps. The most common crash in the game since 2.0.0, and the single biggest cause of lost sessions Marketplace refusals say what actually went wrong in plain language, instead of a database error code — Tipreth

v0.2.10: Mage - The Sixth Class

Echoes of Creation — v0.2.10: Mage: The Sixth Class Adventurers, A sixth class arrives, and it does not play like the other five. The Mage trades armour and an off-hand for reach — meteors, a nova that swallows a camp, a lance that pins what it hits. Alongside it, combat itself got heavier: hits stop for a moment when they land, swings throw an arc of light coloured by the gems in your weapon, and monsters fall over instead of blinking out of existence. The Mage Greatstaff, two hands, seven skills, and nowhere to hide. The widest reach in the game, and the thinnest skin to carry it. Meteor Fall. Meteors come down where you aim, and each one bursts on the ground it lands on Flame Nova. A 13.5 metre eruption centred on your target — and it sets what it touches burning Frost Lance. A 300% freeze that drives through its target and stays lodged in it Void Singularity, Arcane Bolt, Chronoshift and Avatar of Flame round out the tree A greatstaff line of its own, from the Worn Greatstaff up through Apprentice, Arcane and Genesis to the Worldsunder. Its own talent tree, with Arcanum built as the tempo lane — crit rate and cast speed rather than raw numbers. Two hands, no off-hand — the slot you give up is folded back into the staff. Every Hit Lands The same swing, and it feels like something now. Hits hold for a moment. Both you and what you struck stop on contact — longer on a critical — and the camera kicks with it What you hit flashes, and sparks scatter off the blow Swings throw a crescent of light along the arc of the strike, and no two are quite the same Your gems colour it. White to start, then green at four, blue at five, purple at six, red at seven — and other players see your colour, not theirs Things fall over when they die. Four different collapses, picked at random, instead of freezing in place and vanishing That includes you, and everyone you can see Screen shake stays yours. All of this respects the slider in Options, including turning it all the way off Reach...
