About this game

There is a cafe at the bottom of everything. The lights are low and the bar at the back never serves anyone — because the people who come here aren't drinking. They're playing.
Puck'n Hell is a one-on-one(just for beggining) physics-based air hockey gauntlet against five condemned souls. Each one has a name, a story, and a way of moving the puck that you have not seen before.
Their patience does not run out. Yours has to. Every shot is solved by physics, not scripts. There are no rubber-band catches, no guaranteed outcomes just the puck, the table, and whichever of you can read the next bounce first.
Take the ladder in Last Call. Pick your fight in House Rules. Bring it online through Steam and try a real human across the table instead. You either walk out or you keep playing.
The cafe doesn't close.
Honest Physics
No rubber-banding. No guaranteed catches. No "AI difficulty" smudged across the puck's trajectory.
Every rebound off the wall, every paddle hit, every glancing deflection is solved by the same rigid-body simulation as the puck itself — and the AI is solving it from the same data you are.
The only difference between you and the opponent is reaction time, error, and the fact that the opponent knows their signature shots better than you do yet. That's it. That's the whole physics layer.
The game doesn't decide who wins — the table does.
Beyond that, we'll add what the community asks for. Every patch will explain what changed and why. We'll never ship a balance change that we can't justify from real match data. Wishlist Puck'n Hell for the patch notes.

Demo Update v0.1.3
Opponent AI — rebuiltEvery opponent decision path was reworked this cycle.Opponents actually attack The previous build's AI silently defended almost every rally; now attacks fire when the puck loiters in their zone, with real windups you can read and punish.Corners are real cornersPrevious "Corner Left / Corner Right" shots aimed 8% off center — essentially straight shots. They now aim at genuine goalpost corners, leaving ~17 cm margin from the post. Player defense skill matters.Panic tracks corner threatsWhen a fast puck lines up on goal, the paddle slides along the goal line following the puck — no more parking dead-center while a corner shot sails past.HP hearts + combo threat visualsCombo hits now scale HP damage exponentially — 2 hearts at combo 10, 3 at 20, 4 at 30, all the way to 10 hearts at combo 90+. A *long enough rally can end the match on a single goal.* The hearts play a new combo_warning animation as damage tier climbs, so you can feel the stakes rising before the goal actually lands.Menu + settings overhaulSettings panel massively expanded — gamepad and keyboard button glyphs (L1/R1 shown for controller users, full remap display for keyboards), consistent behavior across 11 different top-level menus. Fully localized: *English, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese.*Steam quit no longer hangsPrevious builds froze for 3-4 seconds on exit while Steamworks tore down. Now near-instant.Font clarityAll TMP fonts regenerated with proper fallback tables — better multilingual character coverage.Bug fixSP damage 9-heart tier was unreachable due to a duplicate branch check. Fixed.Read full article on Community Announcements (ArcaneEdge)
