The VHS Horror Series continues with pure 80s B-movie alien invasion terror. Limited ammo, relentless hordes, and grotesque extraterrestrial nightmares. VHS-Aliens — the tape gets even bloodier.

About this game

From the creators of VHS Vermin and VHS Freaks

VHS-Aliens is the third brutal installment in the VHS Horror Series — a fast-paced arcade survival horror shooter drenched in 80s exploitation horror and raw gore.

THE INVASION HAS BEGUN

Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide. Limited ammo and zero mercy.

Fight through grotesque alien abominations, parasitic horrors, and mutated human hosts in three standalone “movie segments” connected by a nightmarish wrap-around story. Every shadow hides something far worse than before.

SURVIVE THE INVASION

Blast, dodge, and reload your way through waves of otherworldly freaks using scarce resources and pure aggression. Hesitation means infestation. Every shot counts in this analog nightmare.

Part of the VHS Horror Series Continue the blood-soaked universe started in VHS Vermin and VHS Freaks. Play both games now in the VHS Horror Series Bundle (available 28 April) and prepare for the full trilogy.

FEATURES

  • Fast, first-person arcade survival horror: Shoot, dodge, reload — relentless pressure.

  • New grotesque alien horrors: Mutated parasites, demonic aliens, possessed hosts, and swarms of extra-terrestrial vermin.

  • Three standalone horror “movies” + wrap-around story: Each segment delivers its own unique invasion scenario packed with escalating panic and carnage.

  • Authentic retro VHS presentation: Heavy film grain, scanlines, screen warping, and a pounding dark synth soundtrack.

  • Secrets and hidden targets: Hunt for the hidden targets in every level.

  • Unapologetic gore & violence: Blood, guts, and body horror exactly how a VHS alien invasion should feel.

Game Length
Approximately 2–4 hours depending on playstyle and how many secrets you hunt down.

InfluencesDoom 3, House of the Dead, classic arcade horror shooters, and 80s alien invasion B-movies.
