About this game

Runs in the corner of your screen while you do everything else. No babysitting. No clicking. Just results.
Deploy your payload. Let it run.
Load up to your RAM Capacity with 11 unique hack types — each one a weapon with its own behavior. Your payload fires automatically, tearing through waves of incoming threats. Three enemy types stand between you and the next breach:
Grid Cells — the first line of defense
Defensewalls — harder, more resistant
Firewall — cut it down to advance to the next wave
You don't click. You don't aim. You just build smart and watch the system fall.
Stay in the corner. Stay dangerous.
Firewall Breaker lives at the edge of your screen while you work, browse, or watch something. It runs, earns, and grows — whether you're paying attention or not.
Build. Update. Rebuild. Repeat.
Progress in Firewall Breaker runs deep:
Data is your in-run currency. Spend it on Data Updates to push your stats further with each wave.
Crypto is earned exclusively by triggering a Rebuild. Spend it on Crypto Updates — permanent upgrades that carry across every run.
Rebuild wipes your Data and Data Updates — but rewards you with Crypto and permanent multipliers for XP, Data, and Crypto. Each Rebuild makes every future run faster and stronger.
Hardware takes it even further. Collect from 50 passive items that stack bonuses, shape your build, and define your playstyle.
The deeper you go, the harder the Firewall hits back. But so do you.

New Prestige Weapons !!
✨ Prestige Weapons Every weapon in the Black Market now has a Prestige version — a gold-plated upgrade for hackers who have outgrown their arsenal. Prestige weapons are a serious investment. They cost far more than the original weapon, but they hit on a completely different scale. All 11 weapons have a Prestige version 25× packet damage compared to the standard version Identical RAM cost — a Prestige weapon takes up exactly the same slot space as its normal counterpart Prestige pricing runs from 200B for the Ping Package up to 25Qa for Man In The Middle 🔓 How It Works Buy a weapon in the Black Market as usual. Once it is unlocked, its card offers Upgrade to Prestige — pay the price and the weapon is permanently upgraded for the rest of your run. Like every other Black Market unlock, Prestige upgrades reset on Rebuild. 🏆 Gold Across the Whole Interface A Prestige weapon looks the part everywhere it appears — packets fly with an animated gold shader, and every icon that represents the weapon turns gold with it. Animated gold shader on packets — hatching, shimmer sweep and edge glow Gold icons in the Black Market, Active Payloads and the Statistics panel Weapon names carry a tag Each weapon keeps its own hatch pattern in gold, so they stay easy to tell apart 💥 Reworked Special Effects Weapons with unique mechanics get their signature effects recolored in Prestige: EMP Burst — the blue detonation blast now erupts in gold Zero Day Exploit — the red instability flicker turns gold-yellow Worm Payload — the chain lightning arcs in gold Man In The Middle — the rotating lasers burn amber-gold 🌍 Localization All new Prestige text is fully translated into every supported language. Prestige weapons are built as a late-run power spike — something to aim for once your Data income can carry it. Let us know on the Steam Community page how they feel in your builds. 🎮Read full article on Community Announcements (Nadyos)Patch NotesOfficial

Quality Of Life & Optimization Update
🚀 Performance Update The backbone of this update is a complete rewrite of the packet physics engine. We can now simulate thousands of on-screen packets far more smoothly. Noticeable FPS gains on lower-end PCs Reduced stuttering on builds with high fire rate and high packet count Sudden hitches during wave transitions are gone Lower overall memory usage and a more stable play experience ✨ Reworked Visual Feedback System The visual feedback for all 13 weapons has been rebuilt from scratch. Launching, bouncing, and detonating packets now feels much more impactful. Custom launch / bounce / death animations for every weapon More readable and more satisfying hit feedback Extra visual effects for special-mechanic packets like Trojan, Split, and Zero Day When Lesser Effects mode is enabled, damage numbers are now hidden as well — a fully minimal visual experience for low-spec devices 📊 3 New Statistics Panels We've added a brand new statistics system so players can track their progress and build performance in much more detail. Meta Statistics — All-time data accumulated on your account (total packets fired, total damage, total obstacles destroyed, etc.) General Statistics — A summary of your current run Wave Statistics — Detailed performance breakdown for every individual wave (damage per weapon, packets used, rewards earned) 💥 Damage Number Improvements Damage numbers that pop up when you hit obstacles have been redesigned. A reasonable per-frame cap based on obstacle type — preventing screen spam and performance drops in heavy combat Continuous-contact weapons (like MITM) now use an accumulating damage indicator: a single number grows in value over time Improved pool management — no stutter even when damage numbers spike 💡 Packet Tooltip System Detailed tooltip boxes appear when you hover over a packet Stats, mechanics, and special effects are now clearly explained New players can make much more informed weapon choices ⚖️ Balance Changes Fire Rate Hard CapFire rate bonus...Read full article on Community Announcements (Nadyos)Patch NotesOfficial
