About this game
Lofi Cozy Room puts a tiny living room on your desktop and runs gentle Lo-Fi underneath it while you work.
An avatar and a dog moving around inside a transparent window, furniture that reacts when you click it, and 180 Lo-Fi tracks to make the hours you spend working a little kinder.
0. Mini Mode and Work Tools, Right on Your Desktop
Not a screensaver. Not a wallpaper.A living mini-room sits quietly in the corner of your desktop, inside a transparent window with no frame around it.
If the full window takes up too much room, switch to Mini Mode.
Drag it wherever you need it: over your code, over your browser, anywhere on screen.
Notes, a to-do list, a diary, a Pomodoro timer and a music panel are all built in.
Every tool window moves with the mouse, and you can keep several open at once.
Dual monitors are supported, so windows and panels travel freely from one screen to the other.
1. A Cozy Mini-Room of Your Own
Decorate the mini-room you've been picturing.Rooms, furniture and little props for every mood you can think of.
A room you've arranged yourself makes the hours pass calmer and warmer.
2. Gentle Lo-Fi and Soft Ambient Sound
Fill your mini-room with Lo-Fi tracks and quiet ambient sound.Somewhere along the way your head goes quiet, and you look up already deep in your work.
And it's not just the built-in tracks — register music files from your own computer as local music and play them right alongside.
Every track in the game is royalty-free.
Play them on stream or in a YouTube video without a single copyright worry.
3. A Mini-Room With Something Going On
The mini-room isn't just there to be looked at.Click the furniture around the room — each piece has its own small reaction.
Your avatar isn't stuck in a single animation loop either.
Reading on the sofa, working at the desk, resting in the armchair, and off to bed once night falls.
4. Your Avatar and Your Dog
Build the character you want to look at all day.Face, hair and outfit are all yours to set, and you can save as many avatars as you like.
Or just pick one of the ready-made characters and pets and let them keep you company.
A little dog wanders the room on its own and curls up for a nap wherever the sun lands.

New timer tabs, a fuller guide, and fixes
What's New A refined timer, now in tabs The simple counter you already had is now its own tab. A new session-timer tab. A new stopwatch tab. The whole timer got a more refined, more premium look. More in the getting-started guide (page 2) In mini mode, the app is now “Always on Top” — it stays above any window on your desktop. The guide also explains the modes: on launch you see normal mode, with a row of buttons along the bottom. Of the four buttons at the top right, the leftmost switches to mini mode — press it again to switch back. Fixes Your profile name now updates the in-game name display instantly. The profile-icon purchase preview no longer shows the name — it wasn’t needed there. Fixed several names that stayed in English: avatar option names in the purchase preview, the dogs’ names, and the avatar names in the preset panel now all follow your selected language.Read full article on Community Announcements (bjj10420)AnnouncementsOfficial
Achievements, Ember, and a Faster Pace
What's New This update makes the pace noticeably quicker — achievements are here, and Ember builds up faster. 47 achievements added From ones that unlock just by leaving the app running to ones that reward a long companionship — across rooms, music, avatars, and focus timers. They open little by little as you go about your usual day. When you unlock one, a quiet card slides in at the top and leaves on its own, so it never interrupts what you're doing. Achievements now reward Ember Earn 20–200 Ember depending on difficulty — the harder the achievement, the more you get. Ember builds up faster Base rate raised from 0.3 to 1.0 per minute, and 1.5 per minute while your avatar is working. A 100 Ember welcome bonus, too — already playing? You'll receive it once on your next launch. A new page in the opening guide A quick look at exactly how Ember adds up. Achievement names and descriptions are available in 31 languages.Read full article on Community Announcements (bjj10420)AnnouncementsOfficial

Ambient Improvements & Bug Fixes
What's New Ambient — see what's playing at a glance A new NOW MIXING chip on the ambient panel shows only the sounds currently playing, grouped by category, so you can turn them off or adjust them right away. A STOP ALL SOUNDS button at the bottom clears all layered sounds at once. When the ambient channel is off, the chip switches to MIX PAUSED, so you can tell at a glance that sound is stopped. Getting-started guide The first-run guide now explains mini mode: float tool panels on your desktop, use several at once, and place them anywhere by drag and drop. Added in natural translations for every supported language. Fixes In the notepad, the Enter key now always inserts a line break, instead of jumping to another action mid-typing. Fixed the getting-started guide closing too quickly by mistake.Read full article on Community Announcements (bjj10420)AnnouncementsOfficial
