Revenant Survivors is a horde survival action roguelite where hard-hitting combat lets you carve through relentless hordes. In a Diablo-inspired dark fantasy world, absorb souls, steal the power of bosses, and evolve into something far more monstrous.
Defeating a boss is more than a reward. Everything a fallen boss possessed can become your power. Absorb their soul to grow stronger, steal their skills and wield them yourself, claim the gear they leave behind, and take their very body to unlock a new playable character. After every boss kill, choose a Perk that can fundamentally change how your attacks work—and how the slaughter unfolds.
Basic Attacks, Active Skills, and Dominions evolve into new forms as they grow. Progression changes more than damage: it can alter their area, how many times they activate, how long they last, and even how they trigger. The same attack can evolve to sweep across the battlefield or strike again and again, taking on a completely different form and role depending on your choices.
Most level-ups let you strengthen your build through passive upgrades, while key levels allow you to choose and upgrade Basic Attack stages, Dominions, and Smashes.
Summon mini-bosses to earn Relics that reinforce specific build paths, defeat bosses to choose Perks that can reshape how your attacks work, and hunt for equipment to push your build even further.
Layer these choices together to create a combat style of your own.
Your growth doesn't end when the battle does. Use souls earned on the battlefield to expand the Soul Altar and unlock new Dominions and progression choices. Craft and enhance equipment, and use permanent progression systems to strengthen both Player Abilities and Character Abilities. Return stronger to take on new battlefields and higher difficulties.

Thank You for Joining the Revenant Survivors Playtest The public Steam Playtest has now ended. More than 1,400 players joined us during the Playtest. Thank you to everyone who played, shared feedback, reported bugs, and helped us improve Revenant Survivors. What We Learned One of the clearest takeaways from the Playtest was that we need to take another look at how players shape and develop their builds. Revenant Survivors Steam Playtest Is Now Live!
Hello, Usurpers! The public Steam Playtest for Revenant Survivors is now live. Cut down endless hordes of enemies, evolve your attacks, and detonate stacked elements. Then steal the skills and even the bodies of defeated bosses to become an even more powerful being. \ Visit the Revenant Survivors Steam store page and click “Request Access” to join the Playtest for free. No separate key is required. \ Watch the gameplay trailer to see evolving attacks, elemental detonations, and battles where you defeat bosses and steal their power. \ The current Playtest build features a new camera perspective and updated levels. The new camera perspective is not yet reflected in some of the images on the Steam store page, while information about the updated levels has not yet been fully incorporated into the “About This Game” section. As development continues, we will gradually update the store page description, screenshots, and other assets. \ This Playtest features a version of the game that is still in development. You may encounter bugs, balance issues, or other inconveniences while playing.
