About this game
Mirage is an idle survivor where you fight huge waves of enemies, bullet heaven style, collect their loot, and grow stronger with every run. Battle, craft, farm, run a shop, and keep progressing even while you're away.
Between battles, explore the town, visit your forge, shop, menagerie and garden.
4 Playable Classes
Choose from four classes: the Knight, the Ranger, the Miner, or the Mage.
Upgrade Everything
Grow stronger with more than 100 different upgrades

The Shop
Stock your displays with drops, crafted items, and harvested plants. Customers walk in, browse, and buy, but be careful, as thieves will try to steal your goods. A mysterious dealer occasionally visits with rare, powerful artifacts. Hire employees so that your shop earns gold even while you're away.
The Garden
Grow and harvest different plants to use as upgrade materials and other improvements. Every plant you grow unlocks its own reward track as you master it.
The Forge
Stoke the flames and craft different materials to grow stronger through upgrades. Manage heat, unlock anvils, and discover rare materials to craft increasingly powerful components.

Update v0.18: A guided new player journey and more!
Join the Discord: https://discord.gg/WG7swnkja Version 0.18.0 A polish and onboarding release: a guided new player journey, full desktop support, a new Miner ability, a new stage, and a big upgrade cleanup. New: A Smoother Start The old man now guides new players through the opening tutorials in the garden. Added a controls primer that shows how to play on your platform, with framed panels and key art for touch and for keyboard and mouse. A guiding glow now nudges you from your first upgrade through your first battle, shop visit, and forge craft. Tutorial pacing reworked: garden first, then upgrades, with gentler early enemies and clearer dialog. New: Built for Desktop Custom pixel art mouse cursors, with a clickable reticle that lights up over buttons, cards, NPCs, collectibles, and world objects. Fullscreen toggle, with a settings checkbox and an F11 hotkey. Exit Game button on the main menu. Auto aim now defaults off on desktop, so you can aim with the mouse. New: Oil Vial (Miner) Throw a vial that bursts into a pool of oil, slowing every enemy caught inside. Ignite the oil using explosives to set them ablaze, stacking burn damage over time. New Stage: Gnawgrass Steppe A new stage in the early progression, unlocked after Rat Alley. Introduces the Pesky Mole, which pelts you with rocks from range. Upgrade Tree Visual rework: section labels and clearer node states for locked, affordable, and maxed upgrades. Miner Leftover ores are now pulled to you and auto mined when a stage ends. Auto aim no longer wastes shots on ores while enemies are still around. Upgrades and Items A new Knight upgrade grants an extra sword swing, crafted from a new Raging Essence drop. A new garden upgrade raises the yield of every plant. New forest spirit upgrades. A stronger damage potion is now available earlier in your progression. Interface "Stages" is now called "Battle" throughout the game. Smooth, synced progress bars in the garden, forge, and shop. Travel menu buttons now have icons...Read full article on Community Announcements (El Leña)AnnouncementsOfficial
Version 0.16.0 Out now! Pets, Your First Home and Armor Stat Rework
Join the Discord: https://discord.gg/sVHA5wSxN Version 0.16.0 New: Home Scene The home is now a full 2D interactive scene instead of a static menu. Added chest and other decorative amenities. New: Menagerie New scene where you can view all your pets and swap your active pet. Pet System Pets now follow you around town. Garden Garden spirits now keep working while you're away from the garden scene. New garden upgrades added and existing ones rebalanced. Forge New emberling upgrades: max emberlings, spawn speed, and frostfire emberling spawn chance. Crafting Replaced the anvil craft amount input with quick percentage buttons (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). Shows the exact craft count below each button. Mobile UX Added left-handed mode that mirrors the touch HUD. Balance Changes Armor Rework Armor now uses diminishing returns instead of flat damage reduction — light armor still helps noticeably, but stacking it gives progressively smaller gains rather than making you invincible. Moving to a new tier no longer feels like hitting a wall — damage taken scales more smoothly between tiers. Buffed armor upgrades and HP potion to compensate. Tougher enemies now punch through more of your armor, keeping late-game fights challenging even with high armor investment. Verdant Seed Reworked effect: now spawns a Forest Spirit when consuming a Bountiful Spirit, filling your growth buff to max duration. Stage System Best run is now auto-saved. Added "Play Again" button on stage-cleared screen. Added "Retry" button on stage-failed screen. "Back To Town" renamed to "Stage Selection" for clarity. Artifacts Reordered artifact tiers: Verdant Seed is now the first Tier 1 artifact. Bug Fixes Fixed collision on hidden garden plots. Added player collision to anvils.Read full article on Community Announcements (El Leña)
