About this game
In this place you are just another number in the corporate ledger, reduced to nothing more than a cheap spare part in a machine that never stops. Obtaining the Core-ID administrator module granted you the ability to come back from the dead, instantly making you public enemy number one. Now, you are the last hope to break the system and build a hidden sanctuary for whatever is left of humanity.
From the creators of Forgive Me Father comes a brutal, oil-drenched dystopia brought to life in a signature, blood-soaked comic-book style. We’ve prepared the canvas. Now it's your turn to paint it red.
Your survival is a malfunction the Corporation has marked for immediate termination, but you are not going down without a fight. Assemble a lethal arsenal of versatile firearms, overhauling them with modules and attachments to face ruthless, neo-antique enforcers mass-printed to maintain order and dispose of anyone who opposes the authority.
But remember that raw firepower alone isn't enough in DIOXIDE. It is an unforgiving experience, where precision and a strategic approach determine whether you return to the sanctuary with more survivors or not at all.
Navigate the corporate-ruled metropolis where every sector is a cog in a malignant construct designed to grind everyone into profit. From the soot-choked production zones to the toxic undercity and the heavily-guarded upper-class district, every biome presents a deadly set of challenges but also the vital resources needed to fuel your progress.
Throughout the game, you will evacuate civilians exploited by the Corporation. Building a sanctuary offers powerful long-term benefits, but keeping people alive is a heavy burden. You can either protect the population to earn their loyalty, or grind the survivors down into resources for power. Will you protect your people, or exploit them just like the system you fought so hard to destroy?
