About this game

Step into the shoes of an insurance claims investigator. Every day, a new stack of cases lands on your desk — vehicle collisions, medical injuries, property damage, and more. Your job: review the evidence, study the documents, and decide whether each claim is legitimate or fraudulent.
But it's not as simple as it sounds. Claimants lie. Witnesses contradict each other. CCTV footage tells one story, medical reports tell another. You have limited energy, a ticking clock, and a reputation to protect. Approve too many fraudulent claims and the company bleeds money. Reject too many legitimate ones and you'll face lawsuits, audits, and scandal.
Key Features:
Investigate real-looking cases with police reports, CCTV recordings, witness statements, hospital evaluations, and insurance database records
Manage your energy and workday from 9 AM to 6 PM
Make decisions: approve, reject, or negotiate settlements
Unlock investigator skills as you progress through the career
Face special events: corruption offers, fraud raid operations, viral media cases, VIP claims, and more
Track your performance: profit, losses, reputation, and client satisfaction
Choose your language: English, Spanish, or Russian
Listen to the Office Radio while you work — five music stations to keep you focused
Every decision has consequences. Play smart. Stay honest. Or don't.

The Evidence Update — Paperwork You Can Actually Trust
The core promise of Claim Denied! is simple: read the file, spot the contradiction, stamp the verdict. That only works if you can trust the paperwork — and until now, you couldn't. Placeholder fields, duplicated records and documents that disagreed with each other for no reason meant the smart play was to ignore inconsistencies entirely. That's the opposite of the game we're making. This update fixes that from the ground up. Case files that tell one story Every document in a case now agrees on the facts. On a road-traffic claim, the police report, the CCTV analysis, the body-shop estimate and the hospital evaluation describe the same collision, from the same angle. If they disagree now, that means something. Unfilled template fields are gone. Dates, the claimant's vehicle, reference numbers and insurer names are real values, generated per case and consistent across every report in the folder. The National Insurance Database no longer returns the same record for every claimant. Risk scores, claim histories, prior settlements and query dates are unique to each person you investigate. Two claimants in a row will no longer share a name. Your time is your own The workday clock now stops while you're reading a case briefing, a witness transcript, or a verdict screen. You're only billed for time at the desk. Witness interview transcripts — the "View conversation" panels — now appear correctly in every language. Previously they were invisible in most of them. Documents open at the top instead of inheriting the last one's scroll position, so you stop losing letterheads and conclusions off the edge of the page. Clearer feedback on every call The profit impact of a verdict is now broken down: premiums in, payout out, bonuses earned. No more unexplained red numbers. The energy bar shows a number, and correctly accounts for the extra charges your office furniture grants you. The key-evidence selector shows every unlocked document at once — no more options hidden behind a scrollb...Read full article on Community Announcements (Joakatron)Patch NotesOfficial
Update: Stamp It Like You Mean It! 🔨
Denying claims just got physical. This update is all about making every verdict feel — and sound — as satisfying as it should: 🖐️ Physical Stamps — No more boring buttons. Grab the APPROVE or DENY stamp, drag it over the case file, and SLAM it down. Ink splatter, screen shake, and a satisfying thunk included. (Clicking still works, if you're the gentle type.) 🔥 Fraud Buster Streaks — Catch frauds back-to-back to build your streak. Every consecutive bust earns a growing cash bonus — but approve a fraud or deny an honest claimant, and your streak burns down with it. 📸 Shareable Case Cards — Nailed a fraudster? Generate a case-file card showing the claim, the contradiction you pinpointed, your streak and your rank — then share it and challenge your friends: Could YOU spot the fraud? Small update, big feel. Your desk will never be quiet again.Read full article on Community Announcements (Joakatron)Patch NotesOfficial
Evidence Review & Optimized Office Models
Update Notes This update focuses on performance, investigation flow, and office stability. Greatly reduced office 3D model sizes using Draco mesh compression and KTX2 texture compression. Added local Draco and Basis/KTX2 decoder support so compressed office models load correctly in-game. Improved the claim decision flow: players must now select 2-3 key pieces of evidence before approving, rejecting, or negotiating a claim. Added evidence review to the case outcome screen, showing which selected evidence was correct, which was wrong, and which important fraud clues were missed. Fixed an issue that could prevent the app from starting after restoring a saved office state. Fixed TypeScript/build issues related to Vite environment types and office translations. Verified renderer build and TypeScript checks successfully.Read full article on Community Announcements (Joakatron)Patch NotesOfficial
