Hire the right people, make smart investments, and respond to events that can either boost your success or threaten your company.
Manage your company’s finances with a dynamic economy system. Monitor your balance, track income and expenses, and make strategic decisions on where to allocate your cash to maximise growth. Invest in upgrades that will push your business further, improve staff performance, and unlock new opportunities for expansion. Every bit of money that you spend could have big impacts on your business.
Need an extra boost? Take out loans, allowing for quick expansion when needed, or recovery during low periods.
Your staff are a key part of your business. This means that you have to keep them happy in order for it to operate efficiently and maximise income. Manage how much you pay your staff, offer key staff members good contracts so they stay longer and provide value to the business.
However, make sure the staff are satisfied, otherwise you will have to deal with staff resigning from their positions.
