Dredge up corpses from an oil-drenched nightmare. Lost at sea, the small crew of the 𝐀𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐒 calls for aid. Elmsfire dances in the clouds above while black beasts stir in the waves beneath. Take your meds. Hold your breath. The black sea won't let go.

About this game
KEROGEN is a first-person horror mystery about a forsaken drone operator forced to investigate a sunken oil-tanker. Explore deep-sea industrial architecture, watch tensions escalate among a desperate crew, and witness a protagonist torn between two bodies. Refine your evening with this story-rich experience rendered in crunchy PSX graphics!
Can you withstand the pressure of the deep?
A SHIP DIVIDED
The 𝐀𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐒 is not what she seems. Each day the pressures grow, and each night your dreams drown you in her hull.
Don’t the corpses you are forced to dredge seem awfully familiar?
A WARPED MIND
You are Oteil, an operator who projects their mind into machines to venture underseas. With every dive, precious parts of you are lost in the transition.
A BORROWED BODY
Maeve, the ship’s machinist, maintains the drones you use to dive. Just like you, she is in over her head, yet you have no choice but to trust her.
A BINDING CONTRACT
Boris, the ship’s captain, will slowly bleed you dry. You must work hard for him to turn a profit, and he will make damn sure you do.
A TERRIBLE SECRET
Ayla, the ship’s analyst, knows more than she admits. Her oath prevents her from sharing the truth, but its consequences will affect you all the same.
If She is nothing but a dream, then why do you remember Her?

Head beneath the waves and pull up "corpses from an oil-drenched nightmare" in the ocean-fear inducing KEROGEN
I do not trust the ocean. It's too big! There's too much going on in that thing and oh how I pray and pray for the day that James Cameron stops messing around down there. Makes for a good horror setting though, as evidenced by the likes of BioShock, SOMA, and Iron Lung, and now KEROGEN is entering the fray for the title of "I'm not sure I can keep my eyes open while I play this" that SOMA currently holds in my heart.
