Note from the developer:

Thank you for checking out my newest game! I'm jswessler, a solo developer based in New England, and it means a lot to me that you've read this far. MYMEMORY is my next project, inspired by classic RPGMaker hits like Oneshot and Ib, but modernized into a new format! I'm really proud of what MYMEMORY became over the last year, and I hope everyone enjoys it!

I've been reading and following the SCP Foundation since 2019, and I'm so happy to finally be writing for it! MYMEMORY was inspired by SCP-245. After that article switched to a Twine project, I figured the wiki needed another RPGMaker game to fill that gap!

Thank you for playing, and I hope I can keep making more games!

    MYMEMORY 1.1

Hi everyone! MYMEMORY 1.1 is out today with some changes to dialogue, difficulty, and pacing, along with a host of bug fixes: Patch notes below: Dialogue:Intro dialogue changed more dramatically on additional playthroughsCamille is now more clear that she wants you to definitely not click on all three mirrors in the shakelight puzzleDr. Barrett no longer has a vacant smile while implying to Camille that she watched her dieSome dialogue has been tweaked to sound better when said out loudDifficulty:Reduced the difficulty of the game overall!Reduced difficulty of the shakelight puzzle by making your flashlight go down slower, shine farther, and increasing the aggro needed before you die.//Relevant: In my testing, turning on "Reduced Difficulty" makes it nearly impossible to die in this puzzle, and that hasn't been changed.Added a hint for the 4 switch puzzle, and allow stepping on special tiles before the puzzle is completeIncreased tolerance of the invisible maze puzzleBug Fixes:Fixed a bug where Camille would get stuck until you interacted again when clicking on the two button puzzle noteFixed a double period in one line of dialogueThe light at the beginning of the shakelight puzzle should actually disappear after a bitThank you for playing!-jswessler

    MYMEMORY is out now!

Hi everyone!MYMEMORY is out now!MYMEMORY is an RPGMaker horror game set in the SCP Foundation universe. Play through Camille's memories as she is contained and classified at SCP-9831. Play through her life and explore her story. Is the Foundation hiding something? Does Camille know about... you? Some FAQ about MYMEMORY:How long is MYMEMORY?Based on data from my playtesters, it takes about 2 hours to reach the main ending at a moderate pace. Doing 100% of the game, including all endings & achievements, will take another 3-4 hours on top of that. There's a lot of content in MYMEMORY!How difficult is MYMEMORY?MYMEMORY doesn't include any chase sequences like Annie and the Art Gallery, but it does include some tricky puzzles that involve unique mechanics. If you liked the flashlight and audio puzzles from Annie and the Art Gallery, you'll like the puzzles in MYMEMORY!In my opinion, it's harder than Annie and the Art Gallery. If you just want to experience the story without a headache, there's a handy "Reduce Difficulty" option in the menu! What do I get from purchasing MYMEMORY that I don't get on the SCP Wiki?Plenty of stuff, including:The MYMEMORY Digital Artbook as a free DLC!Uncompressed Art & MusicNo loading timesAchievementsWay better performance and no need to mess with your browser settingsProper fullscreen supportInline SCP Article viewer so you don't miss anythingWhat inspired MYMEMORY?There are a lot of answers here, but the main inspiration for MYMEMORY was SCP-245. Until last year, SCP-245 was also an RPGMaker game disguised as an SCP. However, it recently got changed to not use RPGMaker. I figured the wiki could use another playable game, and MYMEMORY is the result of that!Saying anything else here would probably be a spoiler, so I'll leave it at that. Play MYMEMORY to find out more!Wait, MYMEMORY is on the SCP Wiki? What's that? The SCP Foundation is a wiki-based creative writing project founded in 2008.
