About this game
"Everyone believes they are the King of their own game."
In the shadows of an almost abandoned city, the search for truth is a dangerous game. Does every human being truly have free will, or is every move already predetermined by the king of the chessboard?
Two protagonists: Each facing the other... or is it that things are not as they seem?
Handcrafted graphics in 2K resolution: Every frame, every scene, and every object is designed entirely by hand by our two artists, creating a unique visual experience.
Fully Voice Acted: All in-game dialogues are fully recorded with professional voices, challenging you to lose yourself deep within the atmospheric mystery.
1907: Navigate through an era where the darkness of the past meets the dawn of electricity, a time when the world was just beginning to have power.
Integrated puzzles: All puzzles are organically woven into the story. You won’t find any out-of-place riddles; every secret perfectly serves the plot.
Classic, evolved Gameplay: Inspired by the top point & click adventure games in history, we have kept the most user-friendly and modern mechanics to offer the best possible experience to the player.
Music: The musical score brings you close to the atmosphere of the era. Does the music hide clues about the game, or does the player get lost in the narrative to the point of gathering clues from anything?
Progress through the story and at the end of each day, you will wonder...
Who's really in control?

Devlog #2: Building the Foundation and the Story Behind Danari Games
Good evening everyone. 15 days have passed since our first update, and we are back to share our progress on 26 Moves: The Queen's Plot, as well as a brief look behind the curtain at who we are.The Mechanics Are ReadyWe have spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the core gameplay feels smooth and responsive. We are happy to report that the fundamental systems of the game are now fully functional. This includes:The Dialogue System: Fully integrated and ready to handle complex narrative paths. The Inventory & Interaction Systems: Items can now be collected, examined, and combined seamlessly with the environment. The Cursor System: The classic point and click navigation has been tuned to feel modern yet familiar. A fresh look at one of our finished scenes, featuring different characters. The mystery deepens.Next Step: Breathing Life Through AudioWith the technical foundation solid, our focus for the upcoming weeks shifts entirely to sound design. A psychological mystery requires heavy atmosphere, and audio plays a massive role in that. We are currently working on environmental audio, footsteps, object interactions, and a cinematic musical score to elevate the tension.Who We Are: The Team Behind the MysterySince this is our second devlog, we wanted to share a brief look at who is building this game. We are a couple (39 and 32 years old) who made a major life shift last year. We decided to close our previous business to dedicate ourselves full-time and exclusively to game development. The story of 26 Moves: The Queen's Plot has been in development for a long time. It was actually written entirely as a full book first, before being carefully converted into a game script, ensuring there are no narrative gaps or plot holes. A few months ago, a dedicated graphic designer also joined our team to help us deliver the game's final visual identity.Keep an eye on our upcoming logs, as we are preparing something substantial to show you very soon.Thank you for your support an...Read full article on Community Announcements (Konstantinos)
