About this game
Take one tank, assemble a four-crew roster, and fight your way through a collapsing frontline.
FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor is a run-based tank survival action game where your build is defined by the crew you bring, the upgrades you draft, and the support you call in under pressure.
BUILD YOUR CREW
Each run starts with your roster. The specialists you choose shape your active skill pool and push your tank toward speed, firepower, survivability, battlefield control, supply efficiency, or support-heavy play.
DRAFT YOUR RUN
Level up, choose new cards, and turn battlefield drops into meaningful decisions. Supply rewards feed into a three-choice system that lets you steer each run toward brute force, sustain, economy, or utility.
CALL IN SUPPORT
Break enemy pressure with mortar strikes, air support, allied infantry, allied vehicles, and captured Goliaths. A well-timed support call can save a run or open a path through a packed frontline.
PUSH THROUGH THE FRONT
Fight through five frontline sectors in a single run. Adapt to pressure, manage positioning, and keep your tank alive long enough to turn a shaky start into a fully online war machine.
GROW BETWEEN RUNS
Every sortie feeds your long-term progression. Earn credits, improve your tank, develop your crew, unlock stronger options, and come back with a better plan for the next run.

# FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor 0.2.1 Update Notice
Hello, everyone. We are glad to bring you the first official update for FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor.First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay compared to the update schedule mentioned in the previous hotfix notice. We had to review more parts of the game than expected, especially as we worked to clarify the core direction of the game. With this update, FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor will be updated to version 0.2.1.The main goal of update 0.2.1 is simple:to make the identity of FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor clearer as a bullet heaven / tank survival game. The main changes are as follows.## 1. In-Game UI ChangesWe have adjusted the in-game UI so that important information can be checked more quickly during combat. The goal is to make the flow of battle, survival status, and weapon status easier to read than before.## 2. Manual Aiming Removed and Auto Combat Policy UpdatedStarting with this update, manual aiming has been removed.Several weapons, including the main gun, now operate in a more automated way, allowing players to focus more on movement, survival, and positioning instead of complex aiming controls. In particular, the main gun now automatically uses the appropriate attack depending on the type of enemy unit.- Anti-infantry main gun attacks against infantry and unarmored targets- Anti-armor main gun attacks against vehicles and armored targetsThis change is not simply about reducing controls. It is a decision made to make the bullet heaven-style combat flow that FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor aims for much clearer.## 3. Stage System AddedWe have adjusted the previous long frontline progression structure and introduced a stage system with clearer objectives. From now on, each battle will have a shorter and clearer structure, where players survive, grow, and continue fighting within a set time limit for each stage.## 4. Reduced Map Size and 10-Minute Survival ObjectiveIn this update, we have reduced the map size and changed the combat objective to surviving ...Read full article on Community Announcements (Pramodel)Patch NotesOfficial
FTS Hotfix #1
Hello everyone,This is the first hotfix patch after the Early Access launch. This update focuses on several urgent issues identified after release:- severe framerate drops in Frontline 3, to the point where progression could become very difficult or nearly unplayable- overlap issues and excessive balance problems with the 222 unit (recon armored car)- the current fuel system not adding enough meaningful gameplay value and instead creating unnecessary frictionThis hotfix is a first round of improvements aimed at reducing those problems and making the current build more stable and playable.Main changes- first-pass optimization for the severe performance drops in Frontline 3- first-pass balance adjustments for the 222 recon armored car- reduced unfair overlap behavior involving the 222 unit- reduced the 222 unit’s excessive combat pressure and overall overpowered state- temporary removal of the fuel systemAbout the fuel systemThe fuel system has been temporarily removed for now.At this stage, it is not adding enough meaningful gameplay value and is instead creating unnecessary friction in the overall flow of the game. However, this does not necessarily mean it is gone permanently. If a future map structure or gameplay direction gives the fuel system a clearer and more meaningful role, it may return later in a revised form.About the next updateThe next update is currently planned as Version 0.1.2 next week. The current target timing is Monday, April 27, but this may change at any time depending on development and testing. For Version 0.1.2, I am currently considering larger gameplay and structure changes, including:- a major UI overhaul- removing manual aiming and shifting the overall control flow toward full auto-aim- significantly reducing map sizeI am also considering a development rhythm centered around Monday patches each week, though this is still subject to change.Thank you again for all the feedback, support, and patience.More improvements are in progress.Read full article on Community Announcements (Pramodel)Patch NotesOfficial
[EA First Developer Update] Current Status and the Road Ahead
Hello everyone,FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor has launched in Early Access. It is a meaningful moment for me to finally release my first commercial title. At the same time, I see this as the real beginning. This Early Access version is focused on delivering the game's core combat and progression first, and from here on I plan to keep refining and expanding the foundation of the game based on player feedback. In the current version, you can experience the core gameplay centered on top-down tank combat, run-based progression, skill selection and build crafting, and the combinations between different tanks and crew members. There are still many areas that need improvement, and there are clearly parts of the game that require more work overall. I am fully aware of that, and I also have a clear sense of what needs to come first during the Early Access period. The top priorities right now are as follows.1. Stability and bug fixingI will prioritize fixing bugs that interfere with play, systems that do not behave as intended, and issues that break the flow of a run.2. Performance and combat feel improvementsI will continue improving the parts players feel most directly during play, including framerate issues, excessive processing load, controls, hit feedback, weapon feel, and enemy reactions.3. Balance and progression cleanupMany numbers and reward flows are still provisional in nature. I will review tanks, skills, crew, enemy composition, rewards, and unlock flow as a whole, and keep adjusting them in a way that feels easier to read and easier to understand.4. Readability and quality-of-life improvementsUI, information delivery, control guidance, combat readability, and the clarity of progression results are also important priorities, so that players can learn and judge the game more naturally. The current goal is to bring FTS from Early Access to version 1.0 between late 2026 and early 2027.Along the way, separate from the regular updates focused on improving the foundation of ...Read full article on Community Announcements (Pramodel)AnnouncementsOfficial
FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor is now on Steam
Hello everyone!I'm the solo developer behind FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor.FTS started with a very simple question:There are so many fun bullet heaven games out there, so why isn't there one built around tanks? That question made me want to build one myself, and now I'm finally happy to introduce FTS to you on Steam.FTS is a top-down tank action game about breaking through enemy frontlines.Upgrade your skill build, turn your tank into a stronger and deadlier machine, and push back wave after wave of enemies.Right now, during the Coming Soon period, I'm focused on balance adjustments and overall polish for the Early Access build.Rather than keeping the game in Coming Soon for too long, I want to get a playable version into your hands as soon as I can.If the game looks interesting to you, please consider wishlisting it and following the page. It really helps a lot.Thank you!Read full article on Community Announcements (Pramodel)
