Hardware failure: Murphy's law
Yesterday after a system reboot my SSD decided to give up on me. Instead of booting into Windows like usual it booted into Linux(I have a dual boot setup). Apparently I lost my windows boot partition. Of course as Murphy's law would have it something like that would happen as I was finishing work on the Next Fest build. Luckily the partition with all the data remained untouched and i was able to back it up through my Linux install, It was a fun night. But no data is lost, only my time. (I also had a back up, but that was a bit older.)I am currently in the process of attempting a repair of the affected partition. But I will be making and releasing a new demo build from an other machine shortly.Read full article on Community Announcements (bitVillain)AnnouncementsOfficial
